Ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը կարող է կտրուկ սրվել․ Տիգրան Աբրահամյան

Հայաստանի իշխանությունները, ըստ քաղաքական նպատակահարմարության, փորձում են սեփական ձևով մեկնաբանել իրադարձությունների ընթացքը։ Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
«Ադրբեջանի ասածը հետևյալն է՝ կա կոնկրետ պահանջ, որն իջեցված է հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցությունների օրակարգ։ Ադրբեջանը պարզ ասում է՝ ինչին կարող եմ հասնել խաղաղ ճանապարհով, գնալու եմ խաղաղ ճանապարհով, ինչին հնարավոր չեղավ հասնել խաղաղ ճանապարհով, գնալու եմ պատերազմով։ Ես չեմ կարծում, թե Ադրբեջանի նախագահի վերջին հայտարարությամբ տեղի է ունեցել շատ մեծ փոփոխություն, Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները նաև որոշակի գաղտնազերծում են անում։ Սա կամ ենթադրում է ՀՀ-ի կողմից շատ մեծ տարածքային զիջումներ, կամ այն, որ Ադրբեջանը կգնա արկածախնդրության ճանապարհով։ Վերջին 10 օրվա իրադարձությունները, պաշտոնական Երևանից ու Բաքվից հնչող հայտարարությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ իրավիճակը կարող է կտրուկ փոփոխության ենթարկվել ու ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակը կարող է կտրուկ սրվել»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
Աբրահամյանը կարծում է, որ բանակցային իրավիճակը չի զարգանում այնպես, ինչպես տարեվերջին էր զարգանում։
«Բաքվի ու Երևանի իշխանական տարբեր էշելոններից որոշակի դրական ազակներ էր փոխանցվում։ Վերջին մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում պարզ դարձավ, որ ընդհանուր փաստաթղթից փորձ է արվում դուրս բերել սահմանների դելիմիտացիայի ու դեմարկացիայի հետ կապված գործընթացը, ինչպես նաև տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջակմանը վերաբերող դրույթը։ Սրանք ՀՀ-Ադրբեջան բանակցությունների առանցքային երկու դրույթներն էին։ Միգուցե ինչ-որ փուլում լինի փաստաթուղթ ՀՀ-ի ու Ադրբեջանի միջև, մարդկանց մոտ տպավորություն ստեղծվի, թե Հայաստանը գնում է խաղաղության ճանապարհով, բայց եթե այդ կարևոր դրույթները դուրս են մնում այդ փաստաթղթից, նշանակում է, որ եղած սպառալիքները չեն վերանում»,- ընդգծեց Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։
