ԱԽՔ-ին կանչել են Դավոս՝ հակառուսական նոր քայլերը քննարկելու
ANALYSIS
Շվեյցարական Դավոսում բացվել է համաշխարհային տնտեսական հերթական ֆորումը, արդեն մի քանի տարի շարունակ, որին չեն հրավիրում Ռուսաստանի ներկայացուցիչներին, թեև Ռուսաստանը նախկինում բավական մեծ և ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակություններով է մասնակցել։
Համաշխարհային տնտեսական ֆորումին այս տարի Հայաստանից մասնակցում է Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը, ինչը թերևս պատահական չէ։ Արևմտյան կառույցները հենց Արմեն Գրիգորյանին են համարում Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերություններում հիմնական համակարգող, և արևմտյան նարատիվները Հայաստանում տարածելու հարցում նրանց հիմնական ներկայացուցիչը հենց Գրիգորյանն է, այլ ոչ արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը, որի նկատմամբ որոշակի կասկածամտություն ունեն, որքան էլ Միրզոյանը փորձում է հաճոյանալ ԵՄ-ին և ԱՄՆ-ին։
Գրիգորյանը Դավոսում հանդիպել է ԱՄՆ փոխպետքարտուղար Ջեյմս Օ՛Բրայենի, եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահի, եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահի ներկայացուցիչների և այլ պաշտոնյաների հետ։ Առանձին հանդիպում էլ կայացել է Գերմանիայի կանցլերի, արտաքին և անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով խորհրդականների հետ։ Քննարկել են ՀՀ-ԵՄ և ՀՀ-ԱՄՆ գործընկերության օրակարգի հարցերը, ինչպես նաև Արևմուտքի կողմից Հայաստանին ցուցաբերվող օգնության օրակարգը, որն, ըստ անվտանգության խորհրդի, ուղղված է աջակցելու Հայաստանի անկախությանը, անվտանգությանը, տարածքային ամբողջականությանը և ժողովրդավարությանը։
Գրիգորյանը, նշենք, արդեն տարիներ շարունակ համարվում է կարկառուն սորոսական, որի նկատմամբ Ռուսաստանում ընդգծված թշնամական վերաբերմունք կա։ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան էլ իր վերջին ճեպազրույցում հենց Գրիգորյանի հայտարարություններին էր անդրադարձել և չափազանց կոշտ քննադատություն հնչեցրել։
Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ Գրիգորյանը Դավոսում քննարկում է առաջին հերթին Արևմուտքի կողմից Հայաստանին ֆինանսական օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցերը։ Մասնավորապես, վերջերս ռուսական «ՏԱՍՍ» գործակալությունը նշել էր, որ Գերմանիան Հայաստանին ֆինանսական օգնություն է առաջարկում, փոխարենը Հայաստանից ռուս խաղաղապահներին հեռացնելու։
Արևմուտքը, ըստ մեր աղբյուրների, չափազանց շահագրգռված է Հայաստանից Ռուսաստանին հեռացնելու և իր ազդեցության գոտում պահելու համար և հենց այդ հարցերն էլ եղել են Գրիգորյանի քննարկման տիրույթում։
