ԳՇ պետի նախկին տեղակալ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը կալանավորվեց

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության քրեական դատարանը որոշել է խուլիգանություն կատարելու համար մեղադրվող գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Տիրան Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրել երկամսյա կալանքը։ Այս մասին հայտնել են ԲԴԽ-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Տիրան Խաչատրյանի նկատմամբ հարուցվել էր հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի (Խուլիգանությունը, որը կատարվել է զենքի գործադրմամբ կամ դրա գործադրման սպառնալիքով`) 3-րդ մասով։
ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետի նախկին տեղակալ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը ձերբակալվել է Արամուս գյուղի տարածքում գործող ռեստորանում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի գործով։
Ավելի վաղ ՔԿ-ից հայտնել էին, որ նախնական տվյալներով 2024թ. հունվարի 11-ին՝ ժամը 22:45-ի սահմաններում, Կոտայքի մարզի Արամուս գյուղում գործող «էրիկի մոտ» հացատան բակում վիճաբանություն է ծագել դեռևս ինքնությունները չպարզված շուրջ տասնյակ անձանց միջև։ Այդ ընթացքում նրանք փոխադարձ հարվածներ են հասցրել միմյանց` զուգորդված փոխադարձ հայհոյանքներով, իսկ վիճաբանությանը մասնակից անձանցից մեկը, շարունակելով խուլիգանական գործողությունները, իր մոտ եղած հրազենից կրակոց է արձակել և մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառել նշված բնակչին։
Նախաքննության շրջանակներում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր, կրակոցի հետք, կրակված պարկուճ և այլ իրեր: Հարցաքննվել են անձինք։
Ձեռքի շրջանում վնասվածք ստացած անձը ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել»:
