Ադրբեջանցիները Ստեփանակերտում ավերել են Անատոլի Զինևիչի կիսանդրին (լուսանկարներ)

2024 թվականի հունվարի 10-ին ադրբեջանական Azərbaycan Ordusu/Ordu.az ֆեյսբուքյան էջում տեղադրվել է տեսանյութերի շարք, ուր ներկայացվում էր առատ ձյունը օկուպացված Արցախի տարբեր շրջաններում: Տեսանյութերից մեկը նկարահանվել էր Ստեփանակերտ քաղաքում՝ Արցախ թաղամասում, Անատոլի Զինևիչի անվան փողոցում:
Այս մասին ահազանգում է Արցախի հուշարձանների մշտադիտարկմամբ զբաղվող Monument Watch կազմակերպությունը։

Մեր արձագանքը
Համաձայն «Զինված հակամարտությունների ժամանակ մշակութային արժեքների պաշտպանության մասին» 1954 թվականի Հաագայի կոնվենցիայի 4-րդ հոդվածի՝ արգելված է մշակութային ժառանգության հանդեպ վանդալիզմի, գողության, կողոպուտի, յուրացման, թշնամանքի և հաշվեհարդարի ցանկացած գործողություն։ Ըստ Հաագայի 1954 թվականի առաջին արձանագրության՝ արգելված է գրավյալ տարածքներում ոչնչացնել մշակութային կամ հոգևոր արժեքները։ Հաագայի 1999 թվականի երկրորդ արձանագրությունը վերահաստատում է այս պահանջը և այդպիսի արարքը՝ ըստ 15-րդ հոդվածի, որակում որպես միջազգային հանցագործություն։ Մշակութային արժեքների ոչնչացման գործողություններն արգելվում են նաև Ժնևի 1949 թվականի օգոստոսի 12-ի պատերազմից տուժածների պաշտպանության, պատերազմի օրենքների և սովորույթների վերաբերյալ միջազգային չորս կոնվենցիաների և արձանագրութունների, ինչպես նաև ՄԱԿ-ի համապատասխան բանաձևերի և Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության պայմանագրերի»,- ասված է կազմակերպության կայքում:
