Թուրքմենստանը դադարեցրել է գազի մատակարարումն Ադրբեջան

Թուրքմենստանն ու Ադրբեջանը չեն կարողացել պայմանավորվել 2024 թվականին Իրանի մասնակցությամբ սվոպ գազի մատակարարումների շարունակման շուրջ։ Կողմերը չեն պայմանավորվել գնի շուրջ: Ըստ turkmen.news-ի աղբյուրների՝ հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար 135-140 դոլար արժեքը Թուրքմենստանին ծիծաղելի է թվում։
Իրանական Mehr գործակալությունը հաղորդում է, որ մատակարարումները դադարեցվել են որոշակի «խնդրի» պատճառով, որի լուծումը Ադրբեջանը քննարկում է Թուրքմենստանի հետ։ Ինչպես հաղորդում է Trend-ը, խոսքը գնում է «առևտրային պայմանների և օրական ճշգրիտ ծավալների» մասին։
Turkmen.news-ի աղբյուրները պարզաբանում են, որ այս ձևակերպումն առաջին հերթին նշանակում է գին։
«Հազար խորանարդ մետրի համար 135-140 դոլար արժեքը բորսայում գնանշված գների համեմատ ծիծաղելի է։ Ադրբեջանական SOCAR նավթագազային ընկերությունը հետագայում թուրքմենական գազն արտասահանում և վերավաճառում է կրկնակի թանկ գնով»,- պարզաբանում է աղբյուրը։
Երկրորդ պատճառը Թուրքմենստանում գազի ազատ ծավալների բացակայությունն է՝ ներքին կարիքների ավելացման պատճառով։ Սա համընկնում է համակարգային խնդրի հետ. «Թուրքմենգազը», օտարերկրացիների հետ գործարքներ կնքելիս, միշտ գերագնահատում է գազի առկա ծավալները։ Եթե այդ խարդախությունները ի հայտ գան, ապա օտարերկրյա առևտրականները, որոնք արդեն չեն վստահում իրենց թուրքմեն գործընկերներին, կսկսեն ընդհանրապես հրաժարվել համագործակցությունից։
Այժմ «Թուրքմենգազ»-ը փորձում է հասնել գնման գների բարձրացման։ Մինչդեռ նախկին նախագահ Գուրբանգուլի Բերդիմուհամեդովը հունվարի սկզբին ԱՄԷ կատարած այցի ժամանակ այս երկրի գործարարներին կոչ էր արել մասնակցել Թուրքմենստանում հանքավայրերի զարգացմանն ու գազատարների կառուցմանը։ Ավելի վաղ՝ 2023 թվականի փետրվարին, «Թուրքմենգազի» և Աբու Դաբիի ADNOC ազգային նավթային ընկերության միջև ստորագրվել էր հուշագիր Գալկինիշի և թուրքմենական այլ հանքավայրերի շահագործման վերաբերյալ։ Նաև այս ոլորտում փոխըմբռնման համաձայնագիր է ստորագրվել հարավկորեական Hyundai Engineering-ի հետ։
Ամեն ինչ լավ կլիներ, բայց, ըստ դիտորդների, դա կարող է վնասել հարաբերություններին Չինաստանի հետ, որը Գալկինիշը համարել է իր ներդրումային առաջնահերթությունը արդեն գրեթե 20 տարի։ Սակայն նույն Hyundai Engineering-ը չինական CNPC-ի հետ միասին արդեն մասնակցել է հանքավայրի զարգացմանը` սարքավորելով ստորգետնյա և վերգետնյա օբյեկտները կոմերցիոն գազի նախապատրաստման համար։
