Փաշինյանը մարզեր չի գնում, որ բոլորին չհանի պաշտոնից

Արմավիրի և Լոռու մարզերում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ցույց տված ներկայացումից հետո վարչապետն առժամանակ դադարեցրել է մարզեր այցելելն ու դպրոցների և այլ հաստատությունների շինարարության ուսումնասիրությունները՝ հասկանալով, որ յուրաքանչյուր դեպքում ստիպված է լինելու իր որևէ մի մերձավոր պաշտոնյայի հեռացնել պաշտոնից։
Հիշեցնենք՝ Փաշինյանն Արմավիրում հեռացրել էր մարզպետ Էդվարդ Հովհաննիսյանին, Լոռիում՝ Արամ Խաչատրյանին, և այժմ գործող իշխանությունները կանգնել են բավականին լուրջ խնդրի առաջ. չունեն համապատասխան թեկնածուներ այդ պաշտոններին նշանակելու համար։ Եթե Արմավիրի դեպքում իրավիճակը փոքր-ինչ ավելի հարմար է, մտադիր են այդ պաշտոնին նշանակել Արմավիրի գործող քաղաքապետ Դավիթ Խուդաթյանին, իսկ նրա տեղակալներից մեկին նշանակել Արմավիրի քաղաքապետ, սակայն քաղաքի ամբողջական կառավարումը թողնել Խուդաթյանի ձեռքերում, ապա Լոռու մարզում իսկական կրիզիս է։
Փաշինյանը նույնիսկ ուժայիններից չի կարողանում մարդ գտնել` մարզպետի պաշտոնում նշանակելու համար, փոխարենը հանձնարարել է պետական վերահսկողական ծառայությանը ուսումնասիրություններ իրականացնել քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեում՝ պետական բյուջեի միջոցներով կառուցվող մի շարք հանրակրթական ու մարզամշակութային հաստատությունների կառուցման աշխատանքների, ինչպես նաև՝ դրանց նախագծման, հեղինակային և տեխնիկական հսկողության նպատակներով հատկացված պետական միջոցների կառավարման օրինականության և արդյունավետության վերահսկողության նպատակներով։
Նույնիսկ առերևույթ թեթև շրջայցի ժամանակ Փաշինյանն ինքն անձամբ արձանագրել էր բազմաթիվ խախտումներ։ Ի դեպ, երեկ համացանցում տեղեկություն է հայտնվել Արմավիրի մարզի Արագած բնակավայրի միջնակարգ դպրոցի մարզահամալիրում տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի վերաբերյալ։ Փաշինյանը, հիշեցնենք, քանդել էր ցնցուղը և փոխանցել ԿԳՍՄ նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանին` պարզելու համար, թե ի՞նչ արժե ցնցուղը, և ինչ գումար է նախատեսված` ըստ պայմանագրի։ Մասնավորապես հայտնի է դարձել, որ մեկ` չափազանց վատ որակի ցնցուղը շինարարական ընկերությունը գնել է 72 հազար դրամով, մինչդեռ այդպիսի ցնցուղներ կարելի է գնել ցանկացած շինարարական խանութից` առավելագույնը 1000-1500 դրամով։
Ընդամենն այս մեկ դրվագը ցույց է տալիս, թե ինչպես են վատնում պետական բյուջեի միջոցները, և ինչ է իրականում տեղի ունենում ոչ միայն դպրոցաշինության, այլ նաև` պետական բյուջեով կապիտալ շինարարության ոլորտում։
