Երասխի գործարանը տեղափոխելու համար կառավարությունը 3,5 մլրդ դրամ բյուջետային վարկ հատկացրեց

Մետալուրգիական գործարանը Երասխից Արարատ տեղափոխելու համար կառավարությունը «Ջի Թի Բի Սթիլ» ընկերությանը ՀՀ կառավարությունը 3 միլիարդ 500 միլիոն դրամ բյուջետային վարկ հատկացրեց՝ տարեկան 8 տոկոս տոկոսադրույքով, 4 տարի` սկսած 3-րդ տարվանից մարման ժամկետով։
2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Կառավարության կողմից ընդունվել և հավանության է արժանացել «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արարատի մարզի Արարատ համայնքի Արարատ բնակավայրում պողպատի գործարանի կառուցման ներդումային ծրագրին հավանություն տալու և «Ջի Թի Բի Սթիլ» սահմանափակ պատասխանատվությամբ ընկերությանը հողամասերը նվիրաբերությամբ տրամադրելուն համաձայնություն տալու մասին» որոշումը։
Ընկերությանը նվիրաբերությամբ տրամադրվել է հողամասեր Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արարատի մարզի Արարատ համայնքի Արարատ բնակավայրում պողպատի գործարանի կառուցման համար, քանի որ ընկերության կողմից Արարատի մարզի Երասխ բնակավայրում գտնվող պողպատի գործարանի կառուցումը դադարեցվել է՝ ելնելով որոշ հանգամանքներից (պարբերաբար ադրբեջանական կողմի կրակի տակ էր-Aysor.am):
Երասխում գտնվող պողպատի գործարանի կառուցման նպատակով ընկերության կողմից կատարվել են մի շարք շինարարական (և ոչ միայն) ծախսեր, որոնց ընդհանուր գումարը կազմում է շուրջ երկու միլիարդ դրամ։
Արտադրական հզորությունների ամբողջական գործարկման արդյունքում կստեղծվի մինչև 500 աշխատատեղ (առաջին փուլով մոտ 240), որն իր հետ կառաջացնի նաև բազմաթիվ այլ աշխատատեղեր ծառայությունների և սպասարկման ոլորտում: Գործարանը կունենա 200-250 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի տարեկան շրջանառություն։
Առաջին փուլով նախատեսվում է կառուցել սև մետաղի ջարդոնի վերամշակման գործարան տարեկան 100-120 հազար տոննա արտադրողականությամբ, երկրորդ փուլով արտադրական ծավալները կկրկնապատկվեն և կկառուցվի նաև այլ մետաղական կոնստրուկցիաների և արտադրատեսակների գործարան (խողովակներ, տարբեր հատվածքի պրոֆիլներ, կոնտեյներներ և այլն):
Սկզբնական անհրաժեշտ ներդրումը կազմում է մոտ 29,9 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար, որը կստացվի կանոնադրական կապիտալում ներդրման և ֆինանսական հաստատություններից ստացված փոխառության միջոցով։
