«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Sozero.livejournal.com-ն «Երևանի կողմից Բաքվին առաջարկված «զորքերի հայելային դուրսբերումը» Հայաստանին կթողնի առանց Սևանի» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Ադրբեջանի և Նախիջևանի միջև ավելի հեշտ հաղորդակցության մասին կարելի է խոսել միայն հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման սկզբունքների համաձայնեցումից հետո, իսկ սկզբունքները նույնն են՝ ցանկացած հաղորդակցություն պետք է լինի այն երկրի իրավասության և ինքնիշխանության շրջանակում, որտեղով այն անցնում է, վերջերս լրագրողներին ասել է Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը։
«Ապաշրջափակումը պետք է տեղի ունենա հավասարության և փոխադարձության սկզբունքների հիման վրա, և խաղաղությունն ու կայունությունը մեծապես կախված են այդ հարցի լուծումից։ Հայաստանն առաջարկում է նաև 1974-1978 թվականների խորհրդային քարտեզների հիման վրա սահմանային գծից զորքերի հայելային դուրսբերում»,նաև ասել է Գրիգորյանը: Եվ ահա թե ինչ է գրում «Անիվ Արմենիա» Տելեգրամ- ալիքը այդ կապակցությամբ. «Աչք է զարնում այն համառությունը, որով Հայաստանի, այսպես կոչված, իշխանությունները փորձում են անպաշտպան թողնել երկրի մի շարք կենսական տարածքներ և հանձնել դրանք առանց նվազագույն դիմադրության։
Պարզապես հասկանալու համար ասենք, որ հայկական զորքերի, այսպես կոչված, հայելային դուրսբերումը սահմանից ընդամենը 5 կիլոմետր իրականում նշանակում է, որ Սևանա լճից մինչև սահման ամբողջ տարածքը մնում է առանց պաշտպանության, որից հետո ադրբեջանական զորքերին մնում է միայն երկու-երեք տեղով հասնեն լիճ, ինչը դիմադրության բացակայության պայմաններում մի քանի ժամից ավելի չի տևի, Հայաստանը կկորցնի Սևանի ամբողջ արևել յան ափը, իսկ հետո, անկասկած, պահանջներ կլինեն հենց լճի հարցով, և այնտեղ կհայտնվեն ադրբեջանական նավակներ ու նավեր։ Նաև զորքերի՝ այդ 5 կմով դուրսբերումը նշանակում է, որ հայկական զորքերը ամբողջությամբ դուրս են բերվելու Գորիսից և Կապանից, ինչը դարձյալ ներկա պայմաններում նշանակում է այդ քաղաքների հանձնում։Իսկ 10 կիլոմետրով զորքերի դուրսբերումն առանց պաշտպանության է թողնում ողջ Սյունիքի մարզը:
Անհնար է ենթադրել, որ Հայաստանի, այսպես կոչված, իշխանությունները դա չեն հասկանում։ Նրանք հիանալի հասկանում են, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ, համառորեն առաջ են քաշում այդ թեման։ Եվ միաժամանակ նույնքան համառորեն ու հետևողականորեն փչացնում են հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի անվտանգության ու տարածքային ամբողջականության միակ երաշխավորի հետ»:
