Նա անդրադարձել է տարածաշրջանի ապագային: Ըստ նրա՝ Արևմտյան ափը և Գազայի հատվածը պետք է միավորվեն Պաղեստինի գլխավորած կառավարման ներքո, տարածաշրջանի ապագան պետք է լինի ինտեգրում, ոչ թե բաժանում և ոչ հակամարտություն, իսկ որպեսզի դա տեղի ունենա, պետք է ձգտել անկախ Պաղեստին պետության ստեղծման: Բլինքենը հայտնել է, որ երկրների ղեկավարները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել աշխատել նշված նպատակների ուղղությամբ:
«Այժմ մենք մեկնում ենք Իսրայել, որտեղ ես հնարավորություն կունենամ կիսվել իսրայելցի առաջնորդների հետ այն ամենով, ինչ ես լսել եմ մինչ այժմ այս ուղևորության ընթացքում, ինչպես նաև խոսել նրանց հետ Գազայում իրենց ռազմական արշավի հետագա ուղղության մասին: Ես կճնշեմ բացարձակ հրամայականը՝ ավելին անել խաղաղ բնակիչներին պաշտպանելու համար և ավելին անել՝ համոզվելու համար, որ մարդասիրական օգնությունն անցնում է նրանց, ովքեր դրա կարիքն ունեն: Մենք, իհարկե, կկենտրոնանանք նաև պատանդների վրա՝ ամերիկացիներին, իսրայելցիներին և այլոց վերադարձնելու մեր ջանքերին: Եվ մենք կխոսենք այն մասին, թե ինչպես ենք մենք տեսնում ապագան տարածաշրջանի և Իսրայելի համար: Եվ ես համոզված եմ, որ կա ապագա ուղի, որն իրականում կարող է բերել կայուն խաղաղություն և անվտանգություն Իսրայելին, որը կարող է վստահեցնել, որ հոկտեմբերի 7-ն այլևս չի կրկնվի, և որը կարող է միավորել տարածաշրջանը, որը կարող է բավարարել պաղեստինյան ժողովրդի ձգտումները, և դա անել այնպես, որ տարածաշրջանը դարձնի ապագայի վրա կենտրոնացած տարածաշրջան, այլ ոչ թե անցյալի մարտահրավերների վրա»,- նշել է Բլինքենը:
