«Եվ այսպես, դատախազությունը վճռաբեկ բողոք է ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով բեկանել Գրիգորի Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով և վարչական հսկողությամբ փոխարինելու մասին վերաքննիչ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարանի որոշումը և Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կրկին կիրառել կալանավորումը։
Այն, որ սա դահիճների իշխանություն է և իրենց ասոցացումը բռնության և արյան հետ է, արդեն բոլորը գիտեն:
