Ադրբեջանում զինծառայողների աշխատավարձը 30-50 տոկոսով նվազեցվել է

Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի 3 հազարից ավելի զինծառայողների աշխատավարձերը 2016 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից 30-50 տոկոսով իջեցվել են:
Այս մասին, հայտնում է minval.az լրատվական կայքը` հղում կատարելով «Խազար» ռազմական գիտահետազոտական ինստիտուտին (Caspian Defense Studies Institute), որն իր հերթին հղում է կատարում Ադրբեջանի ԶՈւ ԳՇ տեղեկացված աղբյուրներին:
Ըստ այդ աղբյուրի` վախենալով իրարանցում առաջանալուց, զինծառայողների մեծ մասը նախապես չի տեղեկացվել այդ որոշման մասին:
«Աղբյուրը պնդում է, որ ՊՆ եւ ԳՇ ապարատի տասնյակ աշխատակիցների պաշտոններն իջեցվելու են եւ ուղարկվելու են զորամասեր: Համապատասխանաբար, նրանց աշխատավարձերն իջեցվելու են: Աղբյուրը հավելել է, որ դեկտեմբերին եւ հունվարին Ադրբեջանի Պն որոշ զորամիավորումներ լուծարվել են եւ կորպուսների ղեկավարության մեջ կրճատումներ է սկսվել: Մոտ ժամանակում սպասվում են նաեւ լուրջ կառուցվածքային փոփոխություններ բանակում», -հայտնում է կայքը:
Ըստ հրապարակման` այդ փոփոխությունները կապված են նավթի գների անկման եւ մանաթի արժեզրկման հետ: Նշվում է նաեւ, որ որոշում է ընդունվել անորոշ ժամանակով հետաձգել մեծ թվով զորամասերի շինարարությունն ու վերակառուցումը, զինծառայողների համար բնակարանների շինարարությունը, ինչպես նաեւ կրճատել զորավարժանքների թիվը: Փփոխությունները կվերաբերվեն նաեւ զենքի եւ ռազմական տեխնիկայի ձեռքբերմանը», -հայտնել է կայքը:
Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի ռազմական բյուջեն 2015 թվականին համեմատ կիսով չափ կրճատվել է:
«Ազադլըգ» թերթն ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը անցյալ դեկտեմբերի 8-ին ստորագրել է 2016 թվականի համար երկրի պետական բյուջեի մասին օրենքը, որում պաշտպանական ոլորտի համար ծախսերը նախատեսված են 1 մլրդ 837 մլն 821,237 հազար մանաթ, ինչը կազմում է ամբողջ բյուջետային ծախսերի 12,6 տոկոսը:
Նշվում է, որ պաշտպանական ոլորտի համար նախատեսված ծախսերի 1 մլրդ 463 մլն 3,9 հազար մանաթը հատկացվել է պաշտպանության նախարարությանը, 210 մլն 919 հազար մանաթ մասը` պետական սահմանային ծառայությանը, 108 մլն 894 հազար մասը` ազգային անվտանգության նախարարությանը, մնացած մասը` այլ պաշտպանական նշանակության կառույցներին:
Թերթը նշում է, որ 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեում Ադրբեջանի ռազմական ծախսերը նախատեսված են եղել 3 մլրդ 783 մլն մանաթ, որը պետք է կազմեր 2015 թվականի պետբյուջեի 17,9 տոկոսը: 2016 թվականի համար նախատեսված ռազմական ծախսերն Ադրբեջանի պետբյուջեում, այս տարվա հետ համեմատ, մոտ երկու անգամ փոքր է:
Ադրբեջանի 2016 թվականի պետբյուջեում նավթի գինը մեկ բարելի համար նախատեսված է 50 դոլար: Ներկայում այն արդեն պետբյուջեում նախատեսվածից մոտ 20 դոլարով ցածր է:
