Իրանը հստակ դիրքորոշումներ ունի հարավկովկասյան տարածաշրջանում տիրող իրավիճակի և տարանցիկ միջանցքների վերաբերյալ, հայտարարել է երկրի Արտաքին գործերի նախարարության խոսնակ Նասեր Քանաանին:
«Մենք մեծ ջանքեր ենք գործադրում տարածաշրջանի երկրներում խաղաղություն, կայունություն և անվտանգություն հաստատելու համար։ Մենք ընդգծում ենք, որ տարանցիկ համագործակցության զարգացումը չի կարող հիմք հանդիսանալ աշխարհաքաղաքական փոփոխությունների և երկրների տարածքային ամբողջականության և ազգային ինքնիշխանության խախտման համար», - ասել է Քանաանին։
Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ Թուրքիայի տրանսպորտի և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Աբդուլքադիր Ուրալօղլուն հայտարարել էր, որ Թուրքիան ակնկալում է այսպես կոչված «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) ստեղծման նախագիծն իրականացնել մինչև 2029 թվականը:
Անդրադառնալով «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հետ կապված Երևանի դիրքորոշմանը, նախարարն ընդգծել էր, որ երբ առաջին անգամ նման նախաձեռնություն է արվել, հայկական կողմը բացասաբար է արձագանքել՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ խոսվել է նաև «Հայաստանի համար այս ծրագրի օգուտների» (չակերտները՝ Tert.am) մասին։
«Սակայն վերջերս Փաշինյանի կողմից դրական ուղերձներ են հնչել այս միջանցքի վերաբերյալ. «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» հայկական հատվածի երկարությունը մոտ 43 կմ է։ Նրանք պետք է ձեռնարկեն պլանավորում և մրցույթներ, որպեսզի միջանցքն ամբողջությամբ ավարտված համարվի: Այսպիսով, Թուրքիան ուղիղ և հեշտ մուտք կստանա դեպի թյուրքական աշխարհի և Կենտրոնական Ասիայի երկրներ»,- ասել էր նա։
Թուրք նախարարը նաև նշել էր, որ Իրանն իր հերթին հանդես է եկել ճանապարհի կառուցման նախաձեռնությամբ, որի արդյունքում Ադրբեջանը Թուրքիայի հետ կկապվի Իրանի տարածքով՝ շրջանցելով Հայաստանը:
«Մենք կիրականացնենք «Զանգեզուրի միջանցքի» նախագիծը, սակայն դեմ չենք, որ Իրանը նույնպես իր տարածքով դառնա Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև այս կապի մաս: Իրանական կողմի հետ բանակցություններն ու հանդիպումները շարունակվում են։ Այս նախագիծն իր ժամանակին իրագործվելու է», - ասել էր Ուրալօղլուն։
