Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանն այսօր հրավիրած ասուլիսում անդրադարձավ հարցին, թե Հռոմի ստատուտի շրջանակներում ինչպե՞ս կարելի է քննել նախկինում տեղի ունեցած ռազմական հանցագործությունները։

«Պրոցեսը հետեւյալն է՝ կան դատախազական եւ քննչական գործիքակազմեր, եւ մեր նախաքննական մարմինները, ուսումնասիրելով այդ հանցագործությունները, հավաքելով այդ ինֆորմացիան, նաեւ հնարավորություն ունեն ներգրավել միջազգային դատախազներին եւ իրավապահներին, որոնք գալով Հայաստան կամ թղթերն ուսումնասիրելով, այդ վարույթների մաս են դառնում։ Այս դեպքում արդեն Հայաստանը հենց այդ ռազմական հանցագործությունների նախաքննական պրոցեսներում միայնակ չէ եւ ներգրավում է միջազգային վարույթ իրականացնող մարմիններ»,- ասաց Մինասյանը։

Նա հավելեց, որ Հռոմի ստատուտի վավերացումից հետո կան բազմաթիվ իրավական նորմատիվ ակտեր, որոնք պետք է ընդունվեն, կամ առկա օրենքներում պետք է փոփոխություններ կատարվեն։ «Մենք ուսումնասիրել ենք տարբեր երկրների փորձը, մասնավորապես, Վրաստանն ունի համանման օրենսդրություն, առանձին օրենք, բայց նաեւ 4-5 առաջատար երկրների փորձ ենք ուսումնասիրել։ Առաջին քայլը հենց նոր օրենսդրության մշակումն է, միջազգային փորձագետների հետ աշխատելն է»,- ասաց նա։
