Կաշառք ստանալու մեջ մեղադրվող Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի պաշտոնյաների և նրանց կաշառք տված անձանց վերաբերյալ քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է դատարան

ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում նախաձեռնված և ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում իրականացված քրեական վարույթով կատարված նախաքննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ Տ. Մ.-ն, զբաղեցնելով Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի կոմունալ տնտեսության և բազմաբնակարան շենքերի կառավարման մարմինների հետ աշխատանքների կազմակերպման բաժնի պետի պաշտոնը, նույն բաժնի աշխատակից Ա. Հ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ՝ խմբի կազմում, տարբեր անձանցից ստացել են ընդհանուր շուրջ 1 մլն 750 հազ. ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:

Նախաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի վերը նշված պաշտոնատար անձինք իրենց ծառայողական լիազորությունները, ինչպես նաև դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով Կենտրոն վար­չական շրջա­նի՝ հրատապ լուծում պահան­ջող ըն­թա­ցիկ աշ­խա­­տանք­ներն ի­րա­­կա­նացնող ընկերության օգտին թողտվության, հովանավորչության, այն է՝ հրատապ գնման ընթացակարգերի մասին ընկերության տնօրենին տեղեկացնելու և անհրաժեշտ խորհրդատվությամբ այդ ընթացակարգերին տվյալ տնտեսվարողի պարտադիր մասնակցությունն ապահովելու համար, 2023 թվականի հուլիսի 11-ին նրանից ստացել են 1.000.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:

Բացի այդ, Տ. Մ.-ն, դարձյալ Ա. Հ.-ի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ, իրենց ծառայողական լիազորությունները, ինչպես նաև դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով Ն. Ա.-ի և Ա. Ա.-ի օգտին թողտվության և հովանավորչության, այն է՝ վերջիններիս փաստացի պատկանող՝ Երևան քաղաքում գործող սրճարանների դիմաց անցուղիների տեղադրման և նախատեսված կանաչապատ ծածկի հաշվին մայ­­թի լայնացման աշխատանքներն անտեսելու ու չարձանագրելու համար, նրանցից 2023 թվականի հուլիսին և օգոստոսին ստացել են շուրջ 750.000 ՀՀ դրամ կաշառք:

Տ. Մ.-ին ու Ա. Հ.-ին մեղադրանքներ են ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 435-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով (երկու դրվագ), իսկ նրանց կաշառք տված անձանց՝ 436-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին, 2-րդ և 3-րդ կետերով:

Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի երկու պաշտոնյաների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Դատախազի կողմից հաստատվել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են դատարան՝ ըստ էության քննելու համար:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
