Շատ հավանեցի այս նյութը: Ես էլ եմ այսպես անում: Մտածեցի նաև կիսվեմ փորձով:
4 պարզ կանոն, որոնք օգնում են իմունիտետ ձևավորել երեխայի մոտ:
Կանոն 1: Մամաները շատ տաք են հագցնում երեխային, որ չմրսի, չհիվանդանա՝ պնդելով, որ “տաքից վնաս չկա”: Տիպիկ սխալ մոտեցում: Երեխայի ջերմաստիճանային ռեժիմը միանգամայն տարբերվում է մեծահասակից: Դրան ավելացնենք նրա բարձր ֆիզիկական ակտիվությունը: Դրսում գերտաք թերմոսատիպ կոմբինեզոնի փոխարեն պետք է հագցնել պարզապես տաք, բայց թեթև բաճկոն: Սեփ.փորձ՝ եթե դրսում զրո և ավելի է, հագցնում եմ աշնանային թեթև վերարկու, բարակ բամբակյա գլխարկ, չեմ կապում շարֆիկ, չեմ դնում ձեռնոց:
Կանոն2: Մամաները երեխային լողացնելիս, որպես կանոն, պինդ փակում են լոգասենյակի դուռը՝ վերացնելով օդի նույնիսկ ամենաթեթև շարժն ու շոգեբաղնիքի՝ սաունայի էֆեկտ ստանալով: Սա նույնպես սխալ է: Լողացնելիս դուռը պետք է բաց թողնել: Սեփ.փորձ՝ ծնված օրից(ամառ) մինչ օրս(ձմեռ) չեմ փակում դուռը: Երեխային չորացնելուց հետո չեմ շտապում հագցնել. դանդաղ մերսում եմ մանկական յուղիկով: Այդպիսով նա մերկություն ու օդի հետ շփում է վայելում մոտ 4-6 րոպե:
Կանոն3: Երեխան հիվանդանում է, և մամաները դեղապատում են նրան մանկաբույժի կողմից նշանակված բոլոր դեղատեսակներով ու հակաբիոտիկներով: Ցանկալի է փորձարկել նախ թեթև մեթոդները՝ ազնվամորի, տաք հեղուկներ, ինգալյացիաներ, ողողումներ: Պետք չէ սպանել իմունիտետը մանկուց: Սեփ.փորձ՝ երբ մանկաբույժը մի ճոխ ցուցակ դեղորայք է նշանակում սովորական գրիպի կամ կարմիր կոկորդի դեպքում, ես հանգիստ ասում եմ. “Այս ամբողջը ես, միևնույնն է չեմ տալու: Խնդրում եմ սրանցից նշել միայն մեկը՝ ամենաանհրաժեշտը”: Զուգահեռ անում եմ մնացածը՝ անընդհատ հեղուկ, խոնավ օդ սենյակում, աղաջուր քթերի մեջ, զբոսանք մաքուր օդին:
Կանոն4: Երեխայի քթերից հոսում է, և մամաները նրան տանից դուրս չեն հանում: Մինչդեռ երեխային պետք է հանել տանից մեկ ժամով կամայական եղանակի դեպքում՝ ձյուն, անձրև, սառույց, քամի: Սեփ.փորձ՝ երեխային տանից չեմ հանում շատ քիչ դեպքում, եթե, օրինակ, ջերմությունը բարձր է, ու նա իրեն թույլ է զգում: Մնացած ոչինչ մեզ չի կարող զրկել զբոսանքից: Նույնիսկ առատ տեղացող ձյունն ու դրսում նկատողություն անող, “խեղճ երեխուն ինչի եք էս ցրտին հանել դուրս” ասող տատիկ-պապիկները:
