Առողջապահության նախարարությունը զբաղված է վիճակագրական մանիպուլացիաներով: Նախարարության պաշտոնական հայտարարության մեջ գրված է, որ 992 մարդ է դիմել ստացիոնար բուժման համար (ի դեպ` "ստացիոնար դիմելիությունը" ո?րն է), որից 873-ը` 18-ից ցածր տարիքի:
Եթե ստացիոնար բուժվողների թվից` 992-ից հանում ենք անչափահասների թիվը` 873, ստացվում է 119: Այսինքն` հիվանդանոցներում բուժում են ստանում 119 չափահաս մարդ: Միեւնույն ժամանակ հաջորդ նախադասություններում տեսնում ենք, որ հիվանդանոցային բուժում է ստանում 121 հղի։ Ես ճիշտ գիտեմ չէ? հղիները չափահաս մարդիկ են լինում սովորաբար:

Այսինքն` մեր ունեցած անչափահասների թվին` 873-ին գումարում ենք հղիների թիվը` 121-ը ստացվում է 994: Այսինքն` ստացվում է, որ առնվազն երկու հղին կամ անչափահաս են, կամ առնվազն ստացիոնար բուժվողները 992-ը չեն:

Բացի այդ` ստացվում է նաեւ, որ Հայաստանում հղիներից ու անչափահասներից բացի սուր շնչառական հիվանդություններով ոչ մեկը չի բուզվում: Այնինչ` այս օրերին մահացածների գերակշիռ մասը ոչ անչափահաս է, ոչ հղի:

Այստեղ կարող է լինել մեկ այլ մանիպուլացիա` նախարարությունը գուցե տարբեր վիճակագրություն է վարում հղի ու ոչ հղի քաղաքացիների հաշվով: Այդ դեպքում պետք է 992 դիմողներին թվին գումարել 121 հղիների թիվը եւ կստացվի 1113: Բացի այդ` եթե հղիների մասով առանձին վիճակագրություն է վարում, ապա ենթադրելի է, որ վերակենդանացման բաժանմունքներում բուժուն ստացող 98-ն էլ է առանձին վիճակագրություն, արդյունքում կստացվի 1211:

Այսինքն ելնելով նախարարության պաշտոնական հաղորդագրությունից ստացվում է, որ կամ Հայաստանում ՍՇՀ-ով հիվանդ են միայն հղիներն ու երեխաները, ընդ որում` հղիներից երկուսն անչափահաս են, կամ բուժում ստացողների իրական թիվը 1211 է և նախարարությունը վիճակագրական աճպարարությամբ փորձում է թաքցնել հասարակությունից:

Ես չեմ հասկանում 21-րդ դարում այս տեսակ քաղաքականության իմաստը: Անցել են Չեռնոբիլյան ծածկադմփոցի ժամանակները:
