Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը մի շարք հայերի մեդալներ, շքանշաններ, և պատվոգրեր է շնորհել տարբեր ոլորտներում ունեցած վաստակի համար։

Համապատասխան հրամանագիրը հրապարակվել է ՌԴ նախագահի պաշտոնական կայքում։

Բժշկական գիտության և առողջապահության զարգացման հարցում ունեցած մեծ վաստակի, երկարամյա բեղմնավոր գործունեության համար «Հայրենիքի առաջ ունեցած վաստակի համար I աստիճանի» շքանշանով է պարգևատրվել «Ակադեմիկոս Վ.Ի. Կուլակովի անվան մանկաբարձության, գինեկոլոգիայի և պերինատոլոգիայի ազգային բժշկական հետազոտական կենտրոն» դաշնային պետական բյուջետային հաստատության փոխտնօրեն Լեյլա Վաղոյի Ադամյանը։

«ՌԴ վաստակավոր բժիշկ» պատվավոր կոչումը շնորհվել է «Մարզային կլինիկական ուռուցքաբանական դիսպանսեր» առողջապահության պետական հաստատության գլխավոր բժշկի տեղակալ Գրիգորի Ռաֆայելի Փյումփյուլյանին։

Զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների զարգացման հարցում ունեցած վաստակի և երկարամյա բարեխիղճ աշխատանքի համար բարեկամության շքանշանով է պարգևատրվել «ՆՏՎ հեռուստաընկերություն» բաժնետիրական ընկերության հաղորդավար Ռոման Գեորգիի Բաբայանը։

 «Հայրենիքի առաջ ունեցած վաստակի համար II աստիճանի» շքանշանով է պարգևատրվել «ՆՏՎ հեռուստաընկերություն» բաժնետիրական ընկերության բաժնի ղեկավար Նիկոլայ Գեորգիի Բայախչյանը և «Ռուսաստանի հանրային հեռուստատեսություն» ոչ պետական ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արմեն Ալբերտի Քեռյանը։
