2024 թվականի հունվարին Wildberries-ը կներկայացնի գնումը պատվիրելուց անմիջապես հետո չեղարկելու հնարավորությունը. դա կօգնի, եթե գնորդը պատահաբար պատվեր կատարի, սխալ հասցե կամ ավելի շատ ապրանքներ ընտրի: Այս տարբերակը հասանելի կլինի կայքում և բջջային հավելվածում։ Այս մասին հայտնում է ընկերության մամուլի ծառայությունը։
«Wildberries-ի հաճախորդները կկարողանան չեղարկել գնումը պատվիրելուց անմիջապես հետո, դա կօգնի, եթե գնորդը պատահաբար պատվեր կատարի, ընտրի սխալ հասցե կամ ավելի շատ ապրանքներ, քան նախատեսված էր: Տարբերակը կգործարկվի հունվարին»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
Առաջին փուլում այն հասանելի կլինի այն հաճախորդներին, ովքեր ապրանքներ են գնում հետվճարային հիմունքներով, ինչը Wildberries-ում կազմում է ավելի քան 80%: Հետագայում կոճակի միջոցով պատվերը չեղարկելու հնարավորությունը հասանելի կլինի բոլոր հաճախորդներին։
Հնարավոր կլինի չեղարկել առաքումը պատվիրելուց հետո առաջին ժամին կամ մինչև վաճառողը չսկսի հավաքումը, կախված նրանից, թե ինչ կլինի առաջինը: Սպասվում է, որ հունվարին համապատասխան կոճակը կհայտնվի կայքում և բջջային հավելվածում։ Գնորդներն այն կտեսնեն ապրանքի քարտի մոտ գտնվող «Առաքում» բաժնում:
Սկզբում պատվերի չեղարկումը հասանելի չի լինի բոլոր ապրանքների համար. թեստավորմանը մասնակցում են միայն այն վաճառողները, ովքեր ապրանքները պահում են իրենց պահեստներում: Որոշ ժամանակ անց գործառույթը կաշխատի բոլոր ապրանքների համար: Եթե ապրանքի առաքումը հնարավոր չլինի չեղարկել կոճակի միջոցով, ապա այն դեռ կարող է մերժվել պատվերի ընդունման կետում ստանալուց հետո կամ վերադարձվել կայքի կանոններին համապատասխան:
