Հեռացող տարում բազմաթիվ էին մեր երկրի համար ուժերի գերլարման ու մարտահրավերներին դիմակայելու դրվագները, որոնք նաև բազում մտորումների ու արժևորումների տեղիք են տալիս:
Արցախահայության բռնի տեղահանումն իր հազարամյա հայրենիքից, Հայաստանի ներքին ու արտաքին հաջողություններն ու ձախողումները, մեր երկրի տնտեսական վերելքը, հանրային կյանքում ընթացող իրադարձությունները ձևավորում են մեր պետության առաջնահերթությունները գնահատելու, մեր երկրի տեղն ու դերը փոփոխվող աշխարհում ամրագրելու, հարևանների և գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունները հստակեցնելու հրամայականը:

Ես հավատում եմ, որ հզոր Հայաստան մենք կարող ենք կերտել այստեղ ապրելով ու աշխատելով, մեր գյուղն ու քաղաքը շենացնելով, գիտելիքներ ձեռք բերելով ու շարունակաբար կրթվելով, հավատում եմ մեր պետության չկոտրվող ներուժին:
Վստահ եմ, որ մեր երկրի անգնահատելի հարստությունը քաղաքացիներն են, ամենաուժեղ զենքը՝ մեր ժողովրդի հավաքական կամքն ու իմաստությունը, վստահ եմ նաև, որ մեր ժողովրդին բաժին հասած փորձությունները մեզ ավելի ուժեղ, ամուր ու միասնական են դարձնելու:
