Մեքենաների կիլոմետրերով հերթեր, անցակետում իրարանցում ու հրմշտոց. ինչ իրավիճակ է Բագրատաշենի անցակետում

Արդեն երրորդ օրն է, ինչ Հայաստանից Վրաստան գնացող ճանապարհը դժվարանցանելի է: Այս անգամ պատճառը, սակայն, ոչ թե եղանակային վատ պայմաններն են կամ մերկասառույցը, այլ հազարավոր մեր քաղաքացիների հոսքը դեպի հարևան երկիր:
«Հայկական ժամանակ»-ի թղթակցի հաղորդմամբ՝ Վրաստանում Նոր տարին նշելու համար ՀՀ սահմանը հատող մեր քաղաքացիները կիլոմետրեր ձգվող հերթերի մեջ են հայտնվում, մանկահասակ երեխաներին գրկներում՝ երկար ճանապարհ անցնում ոտքով, որպեսզի հասնեն մաքսակետ:
Բագրատաշենի մաքսակետով Վրաստան գնացողների հերթը սկսվում է Պտղավանից՝ մոտ 5 կմ, իսկ արդեն Գոգավանում վիճակն ավելի է վատթարանում: Մոտ 3 կմ երկարությամբ ավտոշարասյան մեջ ընկնելուց հետո մեքենաներից դուրս գալը գրեթե անհնար է դառնում. նեղ կամրջի վրա կողք կողքի մեքենաներ են, իսկ մայթ հասնելու համար առնվազն պետք է այդ կամրջի խողովակների վրայով ցատկել, ինչը, բնականաբար, անհնարին է երեխաների, տարեցների կամ առողջական խնդիր ունեցող անձանց համար:
Հայաստանում, օրինակ, պարկեները մեքենաները հաշվով են առաջ թողնում: Ըստ նրանց՝ դա արվում է նպատակային՝ Վրաստանում կուտակումներ չառաջացնելու համար: Ի տարբերություն հայկական կողմի՝ վրցական կողմն այս առումով տպավորություն է, որ ոչինչ չի ձեռնարկում:
Վրաստանի անցակետում սպասարկում են 3-4 կետով, հարյուրավոր մարդիկ դրսում են սպասում: Սպասելուց ու լարվածությունից հոգնած՝ մարդիկ կորցնում են ինքնատիրապետումը, իրար հրելով, գոռալով՝ լցվում ներս: Որոշների ինքնազգացողությունը վատանում է:
Երեխա ունեցողներին ներս են թողնում առանց հերթի, սակայն՝ միայն մայրիկների հետ: Փաստաթղթերի ստուգումից հետո էլ կանայք երեխաների հետ ստիպված են լինում այնքան սպասել՝ մինչեւ ամուսինները հասնեն:
10-12 ժամ սպասելով՝ շատերն անորոշությունից ու ուժասպառ լինելուց հետ են վերադառնում: Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր արդեն նախապես հյուրանոց ու հյուրատներ են ամրագրած եղել, ժամանակին չհասնելու պատճառով հայտնվել են խնդիրների առաջ:
