Министр территориального управления и инфраструктур подтверждает переговоры о передаче 8 сел

Глава МИД Армении пока не отреагировал на предложение Баку провести двустороннюю встречу министров иностранных дел на армяно-азербайджанской границе. Министр иностранных дел Азербайджана Джейхун Байрамов на кануне заявил, что Баку выступает за открытые переговоры без посредника по мирному договору. В ноябре армянская сторона передала Азербайджану свой пакет предложений, Байрамов сообщил, что 7-й вариант был направлен в Ереван несколько дней назад, и не получил никакого ответа от армянской стороны, кроме подтверждения.

В целом МИД Армении не сообщает никаких подробностей. Пожалуй, среди зафиксированных Байрамовым «прогрессов» можно упомянуть лишь вопрос «возвращения» 8 сел. Ни Арарат Мирзоян, ни Пашинян ничего не говорят, однако самым «наивным» среди нынешних властей оказался министр территориального управления и инфраструктуры Гнел Саносян, заявивший, что вопрос возвращения 8 сел может быть решен после процесса демаркации внутри этой рабочей группы.

Саносян подтверждает, что Ереван обсуждает возвращение так называемых анклавов из 8 сел и совершенно не чувствует себя скованным. Вероятно, нет смысла снова повторять, то, какие проблемы возникнут в областях Тавуш и Вайоц Дзор в случае возращения какого-либо анклава. Через эти «анклавы» проходят основные участки межгосударственных дорог, и Армения столкнется с серьезными экономическими и политическими проблемами. Тем не менее, марионеточные власти Армении, выполняя все требования турецко-азербайджанского тандема, крайне безнаказанно продвигают свою провальную мирную программу и не отчитываются перед общественностью.
