Տեղի է ունեցել Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող հանձնաժողովի ամփոփիչ նիստ

2023թ. դեկտեմբերի 27-ին ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Ա.Աբազյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի ունեցավ Գերիների, պատանդների և անհայտ կորած (գտնվելու վայրն անհայտ) անձանց հարցերով զբաղվող միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողովի հերթական նիստը, որին բացի հանձնաժողովի անդամներից ներկա էին նաև Հայաստանում Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչները: Այս մասին հայտնել է Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը։
Նիստը սկսվեց հանձնաժողովի նախագահ՝ ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության տնօրեն Ա.Աբազյանի բացման խոսքով: Ա.Աբազյանը հանձնաժողովի գործունեության մեկ տարվա կապակցությամբ ներկայացրեց կատարված աշխատանքները և խոսեց ապագա անելիքների մասին: Կրկին կարևորվեց անհայտ կորածների վերաբերյալ հարաբերությունները կարգավորող օրենքի ընդունման անհրաժեշտությունը: Հանձնաժողովին ուղղված դիմումների ուսումնասիրության արդյունքներով առանձնացվեցին այն հիմնական խնդիրները, որոնք մտահոգում են անհայտ կորած, գերևարված անձանց ծնողներին, նրանց հարազատներին: Հատուկ ընդգծվեց Հանձնաժողովի և ծնողների միջև տեղեկատվական կապը մշտապես պահպանելու կարևորությունը: Խոսվեց նաև ծնողներին հուզող խնդիրների և դրանց լուծման հնարավոր եղանակների մասին: Անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև գերևարված անձանց վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներին:
Այնուհետև Հանձնաժողովը ընտրեց թափուր տեղի համար դիմած հասարակական կազմակերպություններից՝ «Մեծ Հայք» ռազմահայրենասիրական-ազգապահպան հասարակական կազմակերպությանը:
Հանձնաժողովի անդամները ներկայացրին յուրաքանչյուրն իր ոլորտում կատարված աշխատանքները՝ անդրադարձ կատարելով պետության, ինչպես նաև Հայկական կարմիր խաչի ընկերության կողմից իրականացված սոցիալական, հումանիտար ծրագրերին, Քննչական կոմիտեում անհայտ կորելու հանգամանքների վերաբերյալ կատարվող քննության ընթացքին և ԴՆԹ նույնականացման արդյունքները միջազգայնորեն ընդունված չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան ծնողներին և հարազատներին ներկայացնելու անհրաժեշտության, ինչպես նաև 2024թ. համար պլանավորված միջոցառումներին:
