Հայաստանի նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը ստորագրել է Մխիթար Հայրապետյանին բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար նշանակելու մասին հրամանագիր: Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով՝ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանն ազատվել է բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարի պաշտոնից: Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնել է 2022 թվականի ապրիլին: Մամուլում վերջին շրջանում տեղեկություններ էին տարածվել, որ իշխանությունները մտադիր են Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանին ազատել նախարարի պաշտոնից։ Նախարարը լրագրողների հետ զրույցում մի քանի անգամ ասել էր, որ իր հետ նման քննարկումներ չեն եղել։ Ո՞րն էր պատճառը, որ Խաչատրյանից ազատվեցին հենց Ամանորի նախաշեմին, իսկ այդ պաշտոնում նշանակեցին Փաշինյանի մեկ այլ մերձավորի, որը վերջին շրջանում զբաղեցնում էր Աննա Հակոբյանի հիմնադրամի տնօրենի պաշտոնը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, պատճառը ռուսական հեռուստաալիքների շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակն էր։ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը, փաստացի, ոչինչ չէր ձեռնարկել ռուսական երեք ալիքների հեռարձակումը Հայաստանում դադարեցնելու համար՝ չնայած Փաշինյանի անձնական հրահանգին։ Սեպտեմբերին ՀՌՀ-ն վարույթ էր հարուցել ռուսական ալիքների մասով, իսկ հայկական կողմը հայտարարել էր ՌԴ Թվային զարգացման, կապի և զանգվածային հաղորդակցության նախարարությունների հետ խորհրդակցություններ անցկացնելու մտադրության մասին։ Խորհրդակցություններից հետո ԲՏԱ նախարարությունը հայտնեց, թե հայկական կողմի բանավոր դիտողություններն ընդունվել են, ռուսական կողմը հաստատել է խախտման փաստը։ Ռուսական կողմի արձագանքը կտրուկ էր՝ հայկական կողմը որևէ փաստարկ չի ներկայացրել։ Արդյունքում ռուսական ալիքների հեռարձակումը չի դադարեցվում հենց ԲՏԱ նախարարի ու նրա ենթակաների մեղքով։ Այժմ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանին հեռացնելով՝ իշխանությունը ցանկանում է նոր վարույթներով իրականացնել մտահղացումը։ Ի դեպ, շուտով պաշտոնանկ կարվի նաև ԲՏԱ փոխնախարարներից մեկը։ Ինքը՝ Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանն անգործ չի մնա։ Նրան նախարարի պաշտոնի համար երաշխավորել էր նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանը, և այժմ էլ իր հովանավորյալին տանելու է նախագահական, որպես աշխատակազմի ղեկավար։
