Անցնող տարին նշանավորվեց վարչախմբի տոտալ ձախողումներով

Անցնող 2023 թվականը նշանավորվեց բացառապես կորուստներով և գործող իշխանությունների ձախողումներով։ Կորուստների մասին, թերևս պատմել չարժե, ամենամեծ կորուստն իհարկե Արցախի ամբողջական հայաթափումն էր, որի գլխավոր և թիվ մեկ մեղավորը հենց Հայաստանի գործող իշխանություններն էին, բացարձակ մատը մատին չխփեցին՝ Արցախի անվտանգությունը պաշտպանելու համար, իսկ հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց ընդունումը և տեղավորումը փորձեցին ներկայացնել դարակազմիկ մի իրողություն և չափազանց մեծ հաջողություն։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունները 2023 թվականին ձախողվել են թե՛ արտաքին և թե՛ ներքին բոլոր ոլորտներում։ Արտաքին քաղաքականության առումով փաշինյանական վարչախումբն աչքի է ընկնել միայն և բացառապես Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների խորը փչացմամբ։ Հայաստանը հրաժարվել է մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ բոլոր միջոցառումներին, հոկտեմբերին չի ներկայացել ԱՊՀ գագաթնաժողովին Բիշքեկում, Փաշինյանն ու նրա արտգործնախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանը ձախողել են Ռուսաստանի կազմակերպած բոլոր հանդիպումներն ու բանակցությունները, բազմիցս արժանացել քննադատությունների պաշտոնական Մոսկվայի կողմից։
Ներքաղաքական ոլորտում ձախողումները ոչ պակաս նշանակալից են, չկա մի այդպիսի ոլորտ, որտեղ կարելի է որևէ առաջընթաց գրանցել, բացառությամբ, թերևս, տնտեսությունն է, այն էլ ինչպես տարվա ընթացքում բազմաթիվ փորձագետներ են ներկայացրել, դա էլ գործող իշխանություների շնորհքը չէ, այլ աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություններով պայմանավորված հազարավոր ռուսաստանցիների ժամանումը Հայաստան, նաև որպես ԵԱՏՄ միակ երկիր, որը լուրջ կապեր ունի Արևմուտքի հետ, Հայաստանը կարողացել է այդ հանգամանքն օգտագործելով որոշակի տնտեսական օգուտներ քաղել ռուսական ապրանքների արտահանման ուղղությամբ։ Արդեն եկող տարվա համար տնտեսական աճը թե՛ համաշխարհային բանկը և թե՛ այլ կառույցներ ավելի ցածր են կանխատեսում, քան 2023 թվականն էր։ Ռուս ռելոկանտների մի մասն էլ հեռանում է Հայաստանից, իսկ ոստիկանության, բանակի, այլ ոլորտների բարեփոխումների իշխանության արձանագրած ձախողումներն ընդհանրապես պատմելու չեն։
