Հայաստանի ղեկավարության՝ Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու որոշումից հետո Մոսկվան ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ դիտարկում է բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում են Ղարաբաղում խաղաղապահների առկայությանը, «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ի հարցազրույցում ասել է ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի փոխնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը։
Նա հիշեցրել է, որ «ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության գոտում տեղակայվել է Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի եւ Հայաստանի 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության համապատասխան»։
«Այդ փաստաթուղթը ոչ ոք չի չեղարկել։ Դրանում նախատեսված է, որ մեր խաղաղապահները տարածաշրջանում են գտնվելու 5 տարվա ընթացքում, այսինքն՝ մինչեւ 2025թ. նոյեմբեր՝ հետագա երկարացման հնարավորությամբ»,- ավելացրել է նա։
«Հասկանալի է, որ իրավիճակը «հողի վրա» արմատապես փոխվել է Հայաստանի ղեկավարության՝ Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանի մաս ճանաչելու որոշումից հետո, որն ամրագրվել է ԵՄ հովանու ներքո անցկացված գագաթաժողովներում՝ սկսած Պրահայի հանդիպումից 2022թ. հոկտեմբերին»,- նշել է Գալուզինը։
«Այժմ մենք դիտարկում ենք բոլոր հարցերը, որոնք վերաբերում են Ղարաբաղում խաղաղապահների առկայությանը, բացառապես ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ։ Դա տեղի է ունենում փոխադարձ հարգանքի եւ կառուցողական մթնոլորտում»,- ընդգծել է նա։
