Երկրի տնտեսության մեջ մեծանում է ՏՏ ոլորտի դերը

Մարինա Ներեսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀ կառավարության ղեկավար Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն այսօր «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերությունում ծանոթացել է ՏՏ ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված նոր նախաձեռնություններին: Մասնավորապես, արտադրություն- բուհ համագործակցության մոդելի հիման վրա Հայաստանի ազգային ճարտարագիտական համալսարանի հետ համատեղ իրականացվում է կրթական ծրագիր: Վարչապետը նշել է, որ Հայաստանի ՏՏ ոլորտը մեծ ներուժ ունի և անհրաժեշտ է հնարավորինս օժանդակել դրա իրացմանը: «Հիմա մենք քննարկում ենք ազգային ծրագիր ունենալու հարցը,և պետք է մեր բոլոր հնարավորություններն օգտագործենք այն կյանքի կոչելու համար»,- ասել է վարչապետը:
Վերջին տարիներս ՏՏ ոլորտը շարունակում է մնալ կառավարության հիմնական գերակայություններից մեկը: Բացառություն չէր նախորդ՝2015 թվականը, երբ պետական և մասնավոր հատվածների սերտ համագործակցությամբ, Հայաստանի ՏՏ ոլորտին աջակցող կառույցների՝ «Ձեռնարկությունների ինկուբատոր» հիմնադրամի և ՏՏ ձեռնարկությունների միջոցով իրականացվեց ոլորտի խթանման ծառայությունների տարեկան ծրագիրը: Այն հաստատվել էր տարեսկզբին՝ գործադրի 2015թ. հունվարի 15- ի նիստի որոշմամբ:
Ավելի ուշ՝ մայիս ամսին, ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն տվեց «Մայքրոսոֆթ» ընկերության հետ Համագործակցության հուշագրի, Լիցենզավորման պայմանագրերի և Կառավարության անվտանգության ծրագրի պայմանագրի կնքման առաջարկությանը: Որոշման հիմք են հանդիսացել 2014թ. սեպտեմբերի 26- ին Նյու Յորքում կայացած 7- րդ ամենամյա «Արմթեք 2014» Հայաստանի բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտի գլոբալ հանձնաժողովի շրջանակում ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության և «Մայքրոսոֆթ» ընկերության հետ հետագա համագործակցության ուղղություններն ու ծրագրերը: Խմբի ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերի փաթեթը ներառում է հետևյալ բաղադրիչները՝ Հայաստանում «ամպային» և մոբայլ լուծումների տարածաշրջանային կենտրոնի հիմնում՝ «Մայքրոսոֆթ» ինովացիոն կենտրոնի հիմքով, կրթական ոլորտի համագործակցություն, մտավոր սեփականության պաշտպանությանն ուղղված համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացում:
Այսօր ևս, մտքեր փոխանակելով «Սինոփսիս Արմենիա» ընկերության ուսումնական դեպարտամենտի սովորողների հետ, ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը վստահեցրել է, որ գործադիրը շարունակելու է աջակցել ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված նախաձեռնություններին:
