Պարոն Լավրովը մոռացել է, որ Թուրքիան ևս ՆԱՏՕ անդամ երկիր է․ Վահագն Ալեքսանյան

Իրականում, ես էլ զարմացած եմ պարոն Լավրովի հայտարարություններից, հատկապես ինձ զարմացնում է այն փաստը, որ պարոն Լավրովը ոչ մի անգամ չի խոսել այն մասին, որ հենց իրենց ու Ադրբեջանի մասնակցությամբ է ժամանակին Աղդամում բացվել ռուս-թուրքական մոնիթորինգային կենտրոնը։ Եթե պարոն Լավրորվը մոռացել է, ապա պետք է հիշեցնել, որ Թուրքիան ևս ՆԱՏՕ անդամ պետություն է և փաստացի երկրորդ պետությունն է, ու այս պարագայում շատ տարօրինակ է, որ Լավրովը շարունակում է ասել՝ ռուսական ռազմական ուժերը հանդիսանում են տարածաշրջանում խաղաղության երաշխավոր, որովհետև, առնվազն, փաստերը հակառակն են հուշում։ Այս մասին այսօր MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վահագն Ալեքսանյանը՝ մեկնաբանելով ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովի այն հայտարարությունը, թե հույս ունի, որ Երևանը գիտակցում է՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի հետ փոխգործակցության խորացումը հանգեցնում է ինքնիշխանության կորստի։
«Նույնիսկ օժտված լինելով խաղաղապահների մանդատով՝ զորքերը փաստացի չեն կարողացել ապահովել խաղաղությունը ԼՂ-ում։ Մենք բազմիցս խոսել ենք նաև ՀԱՊԿ-ի պարտավորությունների մասին, որոնք չեն կատարվել, մենք այս հարցերն ուղղել ենք, բայց նրանք պատասխան չեն տալիս»,-ասաց նա։
Խոսելով Ադրբեջանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Ջեյհուն Բայրամովի այն հայտարարության մասին, թե Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի բոլոր հանդիպումների ժամանակ բարձրացվում է 8 գյուղի վերադարձի հարցը՝ վերջինս արձագանքեց․
«Պետք է դելիմիտացիա և դեմարկացիա տեղի ունենա ու չի կարող քննարկվել առանձին վերցված ադրբեջանական անկլավների հարցը: Եթե նման հարց է քննարկվում, ապա քննարկվում է և՛ ադրբեջանական, և՛ հայկական անկլավների հարցը։ Այս կոնտեքստում քննարկումներ կարող են լինել ու ես որևէ վատ բան չեմ տեսնում այստեղ։ Շատ կարևոր է, որ բոլորիս խոսույթում հստակեցվի՝ հարցը ադրբեջանական անկլավները չեն, այլ ադրբեջանական և հայկական անկլավների հարցն է»։
Դիտարկմանը, որ տարին ավարտվեց և այդքան քննարկվող խաղաղության պայմանագիրը դեռ չի կնքվել և հարցին՝ ինչո՞ւ է Ադրբեջանը ետ կանգնում այն ստորագրելու որոշումից՝ պատգամավորը պատասխանեց, որ այս հարցին Ադրբեջանի պաշտոնյաները պետք է պատասխանեն։
«Բայց մեր դիրքորոշումը նույնն է՝ մենք ուզում ենք խաղաղության պայմանագիր ստորագրել և որքան շուտ, այդքան լավ։ Եթե բոլոր սկզբունքների վերաբերյալ համաձայնության գայինք, ապա այն արդեն կկնքվեր։ Իրականում, չեմ ուզում այդ դաշտ մտնել ու ասել, թե, օրինակ, որ կետերի շուրջ չի ստացվում այդ համաձայնությունը, սա կթողնենք ԱԳՆ-ի մեր գործընկերներին, բայց կարող եմ ասել, որ մենք ամեն ջանք գործադրում ենք, որպեսզի խաղաղության պայմանագիրը ստորագրվի»,-ամփոփեց Ալեքսանյանը։
