«Մեզ հասած տեղեկությունների համաձայն ՊՆ կենտրոնական ռազմաբժշկական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը առաջիկայում հրաժարական է ներկայացնելու։ Ըստ նույն տեղեկությունների, նրան այդ պաշտոնում փոխարինելու է Երևանի կայազորային հոսպիտալի պետ Սահակ Օհանյանը։ Վերջինս հանրությանը հատկապես հայտնի դարձավ այն բանից հետո, երբ 2014 թվականի նոյեմբերի 2-ին արտակարգ միջադեպ էր տեղի անեցել«Կանազի» զինվորական հոսպիտալում, չորս զինծառայող ծեծված վիճակում գլխակորույս իրենց դուրս Էին նետել հոսպիտաւից և պատահական անցորդներից օգնություն աղերսել։

Այս դեպքը, սակայն, այլ ընթացք ստացավ` 4 զինծառայողներին մեղադրանք առաջադրվեց, բժիշկների այդ թվում Սահակ Օհանյանի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու համար։ Չորսն Էլ դատարանի վճռով մեղավոր ճանաչվեցին և դատապարտվեցին ազատազրկման։ Այնինչ մեղադրվող զինծառայողների ծնողները բազմիցս պնդել են, որ ոչ թե իրենց զավակներն են բռնություն կիրառել, այլ ընդհակառակը հոսպիտալի ղեկավարությունը, այդ թվում Սահակ Օհանյանը Է ծեծի ենթարկել իրենց զավակներին։ Երեկ վերը նշվածի կապակցությամբ մեկնաբանություն խնդրեցինք ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի մամուլի խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանից։ Վերջինս, սակայն, միայն ասաց, որ ճիշտ չի համարում պատասխանել հարցին»,–գրում է թերթը։
