Մեզ հետ տարբեր հանդիպումների ընթացքում միջազգային մեր գործընկերները մեծ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերում ծրագրի նկատմամբ և փորձում են մեզ հետ հանդիպումներում նախանշել, որ իրենք հետաքրքրված են և պատրաստ են ներգրավվել շինարարության հարցերում: Այս մասին տարեվերջյան ասուլիսում հայտարարեց ՏԿԵ նախարար Գնել Սանոսյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարած «խաղաղության խաչմերուկ» նախագիծն ընդունվել ՀՀ գործընկերների կողմից:

Անդրադառնալով Ադրբեջանին ութ գյուղերի վերադարձի մասին հարցին, ինչի մասին երեկ հայտարարել էր Բաքուն, Սանոսյանը նշեց. «Կան որոշ տարածքներ, որոնք Ադրբեջանն է նախանշում և կան տարածքներ, որ մենք ենք դրանց մասին խոսում: Պետք է տարածքները նախանշել, իրավաբանական հիմքերը հանել, և այնուհետև տեղի ունենա երկու գործընթաց՝ փոխանակում կամ ֆիզիկապես թողնել, զուտ տարածական որոշակի կարգավորումներ ունենալ»:

Նախարարը վստահ է, որ դեմարկացիայի գործընթացի շրջանակում այս հարցերը պատասխաններ կստանան:
