Team Telecom Armenia-ի բաժնետոմսերը դարձան ազատ շրջանառելի`

 Team Telecom Armenia-ի բաժնետոմսերը, առաջնային հրապարակային առաջարկի միջոցով տեղաբաշխումից հետո, պաշտոնապես ցուցակվեցին Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայում՝ մուտք գործելով ազատ շուկա։ Այսուհետև բոլոր ֆիզիկական և իրավաբանական անձինք շուկայի մասնակիցների միջնորդությամբ Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի առևտրային համակարգի միջոցով հնարավորություն ունեն գնելու և վաճառելու նշված բաժնետոմսերը:

Առաջնային հրապակային առաջարկի ընթացքում ընկերությունը տեղաբաշխել է 8 միլիարդ 240 միլիոն դրամ արժողությամբ 40 միլիոն բաժնետոմս։ Տեղաբաշխման արդյունքում շուրջ 1000 ներդրողներ դարձան Team Telecom Armenia-ի բաժնետեր։

«Սա պատմական իրադարձություն է Հայաստանի տելեկոմ ոլորտի համար․ առաջին անգամ է, որ հեռահաղորդակցության օպերատորը մուտք է գործում Հայաստանի կապիտալի շուկա՝ ցուցակվելով ֆոնդային բորսայում։ Մեր թիմը կարողացավ իրականացնել նախագիծ, որը տարիներ առաջ շատ հեռուն թվացող միտք էր, իսկ այսօր իրականություն, որը վստահ եմ՝ ակտիվացնելու է մեր երկրի կապիտալի շուկան և ձևավորելու է ներդրումներ կատարելու նոր մշակույթ»,- նշեց Team Telecom Armenia-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եսայանը։

«Շնորհավորում եմ Team Telecom Armenia-ին նման խիզախություն դրսևորելու համար, քանի որ նման որոշում կայացնելը և հետագայում դրա հաջողված իրականացումը պահանջում է խիզախություն և պրոֆեսիոնալ իրագործում։ Իրականում հաջողակ են այն ընկերությունները, որոնք չեն վախենում դառնալ հաշվետու հասարակության առջև։ Այժմ Team Telecom Armenia-ն հանրային ընկերություն է և հասանելի է ներդրողների լայն շերտերին: Հուսով եմ՝ սա կդառնա դրական ազդակ հայաստանյան գործարար միջավայրում, և այլ ընկերություններին ևս կդրդի այս եղանակով միջոցներ  ներգրավել և դառնալ հանրային կարևորության ընկերություններ»,- ասաց Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի գլխավոր տնօրեն Հայկ Եգանյանը:

Ներգրավված միջոցները Team Telecom Armenia-ն ուղղելու է Հայաստանի ողջ տարածքում օպտիկամանրաթելային NGN ցանցի ընդլայնմանը, 5G բջջային ցանցի կառուցմանը և միջազգային նոր կապուղիների ակտիվացմանը։ Աշխատելով թվային տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտում՝ ընկերությունը նաև մեծ ուշադրություն է դարձնելու ժամանակակից թվային գործիքների ու լուծումների ներդրմանը և այլ հավակնոտ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը։

Team Telecom Armenia-ի բաժնետոմսերը հնարավոր է ձեռք բերել Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի առևտրային համակարգի միջոցով` մոտենալով Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսայի անդամ հանդիսացող ցանակացած բանկ կամ ներդրումային ընկերություն, բացելով բրոքերային հաշիվ և ներկայացնելով բաժնետոմսի ձեռք բերման հայտ: Մանրամասները՝ www.amx.am։

Team Telecom Armenia-ն ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրում է ինտերնետի, թվային հեռուստատեսության, բջջային և ֆիքսված հեռախոսակապի ծառայություններ։ 2021 թվականից ընկերությունը սկսել է տարածաշրջանում եզակի՝ 25 Գբ/վ արագությամբ 25G-PON տեխնոլոգիայով NGN (Next Generation Network) ցանցի կառուցումը, որը որակյալ ինտերնետով կապահովի Հայաստանի բոլոր մարզերը։
