Ավարտվել է «Երևան» բժշկական կենտրոնի երկու նախկին տնօրենների և գլխավոր հաշվապահի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկեր վճարելուց խուսափելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։

Դեռևս 2020թ․ ապրիլի 13–ին նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տարածքային քննչական վարչությունների գործունեության վերահսկողության գլխավոր վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում հիմնավորվել է, որ նշված բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնը՝ 2006-2015թթ․ զբաղեցրած Տ․Տ․-ն, և 2015–2016թթ․ նույն պաշտոնն զբաղեցրած Հ․Բ․-ն իրենց պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում   օժտված լինելով առևտրային կազմակերպութ¬յունում կառավարչական գործառույթներ իրականացնելու լիազորությամբ, Բ/Կ գլխավոր հաշվապահի կողմից կազմած, իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ֆինանսատնտեսական փաստաթղթի հիման վրա պետության հանդեպ շահութահարկի, եկամտային հարկի հաշվարկման խախտման արդյունքում գոյացած առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկը չվճարելու դիտավորությամբ, օրենքով սահմանված հաշվարկներում խեղաթյուրված տվյալներ ներառելու, ինչպես նաև հաշվարկներ չկազմելու և հաշվառման վայրի հարկային տեսչություն չներկայացնելու եղանակով, չարամտորեն խուսափել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափի, համապատասխանաբար, 198.921.594 ՀՀ դրամ և 91.576.096 ՀՀ դրամ հարկը պետական բյուջե վճարելուց:

2007-2016թթ․ ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հիշյալ բժշկական կենտրոնի գլխավոր հաշվապահը, հարկերը չվճարելու նպատակով, իր գործողություններով, այդ թվում՝ խորհուրդներ, տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելով, իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող ֆինանսատնտեսական փաստաթղթի հիման վրա պետության հանդեպ շահութահարկի, եկամտային հարկի խախտման մասերով գոյացած առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկը չվճարելու դիտավորությամբ, օրենքով սահմանված հաշվարկներում ներառել է խեղաթյուրված տվյալներ, ինչպես նաև չի կազմել հաշվարկներ և չի ներկայացրել հաշվառման վայրի հարկային տեսչություն։ Հիշյալ գործողությունների հետևանքով պետական բյուջե չի վճարվել վերոնշյալ չափով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի հարկը։

Արդյունքում՝ բժշկական կենտրոնի տնօրենները և գլխավոր հաշվապահը խուսափել են առանձնապես խոշոր չափի՝ ընդհանուր 299.255.008 ՀՀ դրամ հարկը պետական բյուջե վճարելուց:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա հիշյալ երեք անձանց մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 290–րդ հոդվածի 3–րդ մասով։

Նրանց պատկանող գույքի վրա՝ համապատասխան չափերով, դրվել է կալանք:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են հսկող դատախազին՝ հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու համար։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
