Ադրբեջանն ու Հայաստանն այնքան էլ հեռու չեն խաղաղության համաձայնագրի կնքումից։ Այս մասին ասել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարությունների գծով ներկայացուցիչ Էլչին Ամիրբեկովը, հայտնում է The Guardian-ը:
«Կարևոր է հասկանալ, որ բանակցությունների այս վճռորոշ փուլում, երբ մենք, ամենայն հավանականությամբ, այնքան էլ հեռու չենք վերջնական համաձայնությունից, մեզ իսկապես անհրաժեշտ են արդյունավետ գործողություններ»,– հայտարարել է Ամիրբեկովը։
Ադրբեջանի նախագահի ներկայացուցիչը նշել է, որ Բաքվում ցանկանում են կողմերի միջև վեճերի լուծման մեխանիզմ ստեղծել: Նա պարզաբանել է, որ խոսքը մի հոդվածի մասին է, որում կխոսվեր ինչ-որ երկկողմ հանձնաժողովի մասին, որն անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծել համաձայնագրի բոլոր թյուրըմբռնումները կամ մեկնաբանման տարբերությունները վերացնելու համար:
Ամիրբեկովն ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանի հիմնական մասի և Նախիջևանի միջև կապը իրենց համար վճռորոշ նշանակություն ունի ազգային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից, այն դիտարկվում է որպես այլընտրանքային երթուղի Միջին միջանցքի շրջանակում։
Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանն այլևս չի կարող ժամանակ կորցնել, թեև Հայաստանը դեռևս չի սկսել 42 կիլոմետրանոց հատվածի տնտեսական-տեխնիկական հիմնավորման աշխատանքը։
«Իհարկե, մենք չենք կարող ստիպել Հայաստանին կատարել այն, ինչ իրենք պարտավորվել են անել ավելի վաղ, և անիմաստ է ենթադրել, որ մենք կներխուժենք , որպեսզի ուժով պարտադրենք։ Այդ պատճառով մենք դիմել ենք Իրանին, որպես պլան «Բ» Իրանի տարածքով ավտոմոբիլային եւ երկաթուղային հաղորդակցության ձևավորման համար»,- ասել է նա։
Ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ այլընտրանքային ճանապարհի գոյությունը կարող է ստիպել Հայաստանին գիտակցել, թե որքան կարող են կորցնել նրանք՝ շարունակելով դիմադրել այն երթուղուն, որը կարող է անցնել իր տարածքով:
