Երևանի ավագանին «հատում» է կարմիր գծերը

Երևանի ավագանին երեկ, ավելի քան 2 ժամ տևած բանավեճից ու բուռն քննարկումներից հետո, 32 կողմ և 3 դեմ քվեարկությամբ ընդունել է կարմիր գծերի թանկացման նախագիծը։ Արդյունքում Երևանի փոքր կենտրոնում մեքենաները կայանելու տարեկան վճարը 12 000-ից կդառնա 160 000 դրամ, իսկ մեծ կենտրոնում արդեն 24 000 դրամ։
Քվեարկության համար քվորում հնարավոր է եղել ապահովել միայն ընդդիմադիր «Հանրային ձայն» խմբակցության մասնակցությամբ, թեև նրանք մասնակցել են նիստին և դեմ են քվեարկել, բայց արդեն իսկ ներկայանալով նիստին, հնարավորություն են տվել իշխանությանը ապահովելու իրենց համար անհրաժեշտ քվորումը, մինչդեռ մյուս խմբակցությունները կոչ էին անում ընդհանրապես չներկայանալ նիստին և ձախողել բյուջեի ընդունումը։
Փաստացի, գործող իշխանություները վաղուց այլևս խախտել են իրենց բոլոր խոստումները։ Ժամանակին հօգուտ քաղաքացու գործողություններ անելու կոչերով հանդես եկող իշխանությունը անընդհատ և ամեն ինչ անում է նույն քաղաքացիների կյանքը բարդացնելու նպատակով, և այժմ քաղաքի կենտրոնում աշխատանքի իջնող մարդիկ տարեկան մի կլորիկ գումար ստիպված են լինելու վճարել Երևանի բյուջե, իրենց մեքենաները կայանելու նպատակով։
Ի դեպ, նույն այդ կարմիր գծերի դեմ ժամանակին հանդես էր գալիս Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հայտարարելով, որ դեմ է դրանց կիրառմանը։ Փաշինյանը դեմ էր նաև արագաչափերին, տեսախցիկներին, հայտարարում էր, թե քաղաքացին տուգանքի մատերիալ չէ, պարզվում է, որ քաղաքացին ոչ միայն տուգանքի, այլ նաև անխնա կլպելու մատերիալ է և նրան գործող իշխանությունները կլպում են առանց խնայելու, իսկ հասարակությունը բացարձակապես չի ընդվզում, մինչդեռ նախկին իշխանությունների օրոք տրանսպորտը 100-ից 150 դրամ թանկացնելու կիսաորոշումը հանրային լայն բողոքի առիթ էր դարձել։
Փաստացի, այն ինչ անում է Փաշինյանը, հրաշալի հասկանալով և գիտակցելով է անում, վստահ, որ հասարակությունն այդպես էլ իր ձայնը չի բարձրացնելու։
