ԱՍՀ նախարարությունը՝ ԱՀ հայրենակիցների՝ երեխայի ծննդով պայմանավորված նպաստների նշանակման մասին

Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ նրանք, ովքեր ԼՂ-ում ստանում էին երեխայի ծննդով պայմանավորված նպաստներ, կարող են դիմել ՀՀ-ում նպաստների նշանակման համար։

Դիմումներն ընդունվում են առցանց եղանակով՝ https://online.ssa.am/ հարթակում։

«Նպաստի (այդ թվում՝ երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ, մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստ, 3-րդ և հաջորդ երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ դրամական աջակցություն) նշանակման դիմում ներկայացնելու համար հետևեք ստորև ներկայացվող քայլերի հաջորդականությանը՝

ՔԱՅԼ 1 - https://online.ssa.am/ հարթակում ընտրել «Կենսաթոշակի և նպաստի առցանց դիմումներ» պատուհանը՝ համապատասխանաբար սեղմելով «Մուտքագրել երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի դիմում», «Մուտքագրել մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի դիմում» և «Մուտքագրել 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ նոր ծնված երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ դրամական աջակցության դիմում» դաշտերի վրա։

ՔԱՅԼ 2 – եթե հարթակում դեռևս չունեք անձնական հաշիվ, մինչ պահանջվող տվյալները լրացնելը, անհրաժեշտ է նախապես գրանցվել՝ սեղմելով կայքի վերևի աջ կողմում գտնվող «Գրանցում» պատուհանի վրա, ապա համապատասխան դաշտերում մուտքագրել Ձեր էլեկտրոնային հասցեն, անուն, ազգանուն, հայրանունը, ծննդյան օր, ամիս, տարեթիվը, գաղտնաբառը և նշել արդյոք ՀՀ քաղաքացի եք, թե ոչ։ Վերոնշյալ քայլերը կատարելուց հետո անհրաժեշտ է սեղմել «Գրանցվել» կոճակը։ Գրանցվելուց հետո Ձեր էլեկտրոնային հասցեին կստանաք հաղորդագրություն, որը հաստատելուց հետո համակարգը Ձեզ հնարավորություն կտա օգտվել կայքից։

Երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստի նշանակման համար անհրաժեշտ է մուտքագրել ծնողի անուն, ազգանունը, ծննդյան օր, ամիս, տարեթիվը, նշել երեխայի հետ կապը, ապա երեխաների թիվը։ Անհրաժեշտ է մուտքագրել նաև էլեկտրոնային հասցե և հեռախոսահամար։

Այնուհետև անհրաժեշտ է նշել նորածին երեխայի տվյալները, այն է՝

անուն, ազգանուն,

ծննդյան օր, ամիս, տարեթիվ,

ծննդյան վկայականի սերիա և համար,

ծննդյան վկայականի տրման ամսաթիվ

նշել «հանդիսանում է նոր ծնված երեխա» դաշտը։

Եթե ընտանիքում կան այլ երեխաներ, ապա համապատասխան դաշտերում անհրաժեշտ է նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի վերաբերյալ լրացնել անձնական տվյալներ, ապա սեղմել «Ստեղծել» կոճակը։

Դիմումի հաստատման կամ մերժման վերաբերյալ համակարգը կտեղեկացնի անմիջապես՝ էկրանին հայտնվող համապատասխան հաղորդագրության միջոցով։

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի դիմում, ինչպես նաև 3-րդ և յուրաքանչյուր հաջորդ նոր ծնված երեխայի ծննդյան կապակցությամբ դրամական աջակցության դիմում մուտքագրելու համար անհրաժեշտ է ընտրել համապատասխան պատուհանները, ապա լրացնել պահանջվող տվյալները՝ հետևելով նշված քայլերին։

Մայրության նպաստի նշանակման համար կարող եք դիմել Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային կենտրոն։

Դիմումը մուտքագրելիս դժվարություններ ունենալու դեպքում կարող եք զանգահարել 114 կամ դիմել Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության ցանկացած տարածքային կենտրոն»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում։
