«5-րդ շարասյան» մասին լրտեսության հոդվածով ընդամենը մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել․ Մանուկյան

«Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, դաշնակցական Գեղամ Մանուկյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․
«Պապիկյանի խոստացած անակնկալն ինձ։
Պաշտպանության նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից հրապարակային խոստացավ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին ինձ անակնկալ մատուցել։ Չգիտեմ ինչ էր պատրաստվում անել հենց այդ օրը, սակայն դեկտեմբերի 22-ին ՊՆ-ից ստացած հարցմանս պատասխանը պակաս զարմացական չէ:
Դեռ դեկտեմբերի 4-ին նրան ուղղված գրավոր հարցում էի ուղարկել, որ պարզեմ, թե 2023թ.-ի նոյեմբերի 24-ի մամուլի ասուլիսում Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունը, որ «այսօր բանակում ազատվել ենք 5-րդ շարասյունից», ինչպես է արտահայտվել ՀՀ Զինված ուժերում։ Պապիկյանին ուղղել էի ընդհանուր վեց հարց։ Դրանց պատասխանելու համար օրենքով նախատեսված 5 օրվա փոխարեն Պապիկյանից պահանջվել է քսան օր, իսկ արդյունքում ստացել եմ 1 նախադասությամբ պատասխան՝ «ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարությունն այլ պարզաբանումներ, քան տրվել է ՀՀ վարչապետի կողմից՝ չունի»: Քսան օր լռել, որ վերջում հայտարարել, թե շեֆն ամեն դեպքում ճիշտ է, առավել քան տարօրինակ է։
Ուշագրավ է, որ գլխավոր դատախազությունը նույն «5-րդ շարասյան» մասին հարցմանս, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բացատրած այլ պետությունների շահերին ծառայելու, ասել է թե՝ լրտեսության հոդվածով քանի քրեական գործ է հարուցվել 2021-2023 թվականներին, ավելի հստակ էր պատասխանել՝ ընդամենը մեկ քրեական գործ է հարուցվել։ Ընդամենը ՄԵԿ քրեական գործ։
Պաշտպանության նախարարությունը դժվարին կացության մեջ է՝ փաշինյանական անպատասխանատու հայտարարությանը ստիպված էր կոնկրետ, փաստերով, ձեւակերպումներով պատասխան տալ, որը բնականաբար չի կարողացել։ Սակայն խոսք կա՝ խոսքը տղամարդու շուրթերից է ելնում։ Հետեւաբար, անպատասխանատու խոսքի համար նաեւ պատասխան են տալիս։ Ամեն դեպքում այսօր կրկնակի հարցում եմ ուղարկելու Պապիկյանին ու ակնկալելու եմ ստանալ բոլոր 6 հարցի թվագրված, կոնկրետ պատասխաններ, ինչպես և պահանջում է ՀՀ օրենսդրությունը:
