Արտակարգ իրավիճակ Ալագյազ-Սպիտակի ոլորաններ ճանապարհին․ մերկասառույցի պատճառով 700-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ չեն կարողանում տեղաշարժվել․ Արագածոտնի, Լոռու պարեկներն ու փրկարարները 250-ից ավելի մեքենաներ դուրս են բերել ձնակույտերից

Այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 24-ին, արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արագածոտնի և Լոռու մարզերում։
Արդեն 5 ժամից ավելի է՝ Հանրապետությունում տեղացած առատ ձյան պատճառով արտակարգ իրավիճակ է ստեղծվել Արագածոտնի և Լոռու մարզերում։
Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, Երևան-Վանաձոր ավտոճանապարհի Ալագյազ գյուղից մինչև Սպիտակի ոլորաններ ուժեղացված ծառայության են անցել ՀՀ Ներքին գործերի նախարարության ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Մհեր Մելքոնյանի, Լոռու մարզի գումարտակի պարեկները՝ գումարտակի հրամանատար Արմեն Բեժանյանի գլխավորությամբ և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Փրկարար ծառայության Արագածոտնի մարզի փրկարարական վարչության Ապարանի, Արագածի և Սպիտակի հրշեջ փրկարարները։
Մոտ 15 կմ, որտեղ չեն կարողանում տեղաշարժվել 700-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ, այդ թվում բեռնատարներ, ավտոբուսներ, պարեկները ծառայություն են անցկացնում անգամ ոտքով, 250-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաներ պարեկները քաղաքացիների հետ դուրս են բերել ձնակույտերից, ցավոք, ավտոմեքենաների մի մասի անվադողերը ամառային էին։Մի քանի ավտոմեքենաներ էլ ձնակույտի միջից դուրս է բերել այդ պահին նշված վայրով անցնող ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության զորքերի ծառայողը՝ իր անձնական օգտագործման Infiniti մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով։
Պարեկները ժամանակավորապես արգելում են բեռնատարների շարժը, քանի որ նրանք խցանում են առաջացնում ձյան ու սառույցով պատված ճանապարհներին։ Տեղի ճանշինը և ճանապարհը սպասարկող ճանշինականները կարծես «ուղտի ականջում քնած լինեն», ոչ մի աշխատանքներ չեն կատարել, ճանապարհը ձնից մաքրելու, մերկասառույցը աղ ու ավազով մշակելու ուղղությամբ։Ֆոտոլրագրողի հետ զրույցում վարորդները շնորհակալանքի խոսք էին ուղղում Արագածոտնի ու Լոռու գումարտակների պարեկներին՝ ասելով․ «6 ժամից ավելի է՝ մի քանի կմ ճանապարհը չենք կարողանում անցնել։ Ասես Սիբիրում լինենք։ Ճանշին գոյություն չունի։ Էն որ ասում ա՝ ճանշին խմուկ, քնուկ, մենք էլ ավելացնում ենք ոչ թե խմուկ, քնուկ, այլ մեռուկ։ Մենակ էս քանի ժամ է՝ մեզ օգնության են հասել պարեկները։ Բայց դե իրանք հո ճանապարհին աղ ու ավազ լցնող չեն։
Մի 70-ից ավելի ավտոմեքենաները բրդելով հանեցին ձնակույտերի միջից, ու էս 6 ժամից ավելի է՝ նմուշի համար ճանշինից մի հատ տեխնիկա չկա, որ գոնե ձյունը մաքրեն հետևից էլ աղ ու ավազ լցնեն։Ով ա պատասխան տալու այս անփույթ ու ոչ սրտացավ աշխատանքի համար։ Եթե ճանանապարհը սպասարկող ընկերությունները մի քանի անգամ խոշոր չափի վարչական պատասխանատվության ենթարկեն, դաս կլինի դրանց։ Ամոթ է, 21 դարում 6 ժամ մնաս ճանապարհին, ինչ ա թե ճանշինականները «ջայլամի կեցվածք» են ընդունել։ Հետաքրքիր է՝ դրանք մարմնի որ մասով են մտածում։ Եթե ուղեղով մտածեին, էս անարխիա վիճակը չէր լինի»։
Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է նաև, որ այս պահին Արագածոտնի և Լոռու գումարտակների պարեկները շարունակում են բքի պայմաններում ուժեղացված ծառայությունը, և հենց նրանց աշխատանքի շնորհիվ է, որ ճանապարհատրանսպորտային ոչ մի պատահար տեղի չի ունեցել։
