«Գորիսի Սդղի գյոլի ծեծկռտուքի գործում անակնկալ շրջադարձը՝ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի եղբորն առաջադրված մեղադրանքը, շոկի մեջ է գցել Լիսկային: Որոշ տեղեկություններով, նա երեկ մեկնել է Մոսկվա, որպեսզի համոզի տուժող կողմին հետ վերցնել բողոքը: Հիշեցնենք, որ մայիսի 2-ին մի խումբ անձանց, այդ թվում՝ Սուրիկ Խաչատրյանի որդու և եղբոր մասնակցությամբ տեղի ունեցւսծ ծեծկռտուքի հետևանքով միջին և ծանր մարմնական վնասվածքներ էին ստացել Զաքարյան եղբայրները. կոտրել էին Մուշեղ Զաքարյանի քիթը, իսկ եղբայրը՝ Հարութ Զաքարյանը, զրկվել էր մեկ աչքի տեսողությունից և հիմա բուժվում է Մոսկվայում։ Հուլիսի 1-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն մեղադրանք է առաջադրել Սյունիքի մարզպետի եղբորը՝ Սեյրան Խաչատրյանին, ով առավել հայտնի է որպես Աղալար:
Կատարված քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել առ այն, որ Մուշեղ Զաքարյանի նկատմամբ կիրառված բռնություններին մասնակցել է նաև Սեյրան Խաչատրյանը: Թերևս Սերժ Սարգսյանը որոշել է չներել Լիսկային իրեն խաբելու համար: Ավելի վաղ գրել էինք, որ Սյունիքի մարզպետը կանչվել է Բաղրամյան 26՝ «ատչյոտ» տալու, որ խաբել է Սերժ Սարգսյանին: Նա դեպքի առաջին օրերին ՀՀ նախագահին հավատացրել է, որ իր հարազատները ոչ մի առնչություն չունեն այս գործին: Ի դեպ, Լիսկայի ընտանիքի փաստաբանությամբ կրկին զբաղվում է Փաստաբանների պալատի նախկին նախագահ Ռուբեն Սահակյանը»,–գրում է թերթը։
