Երկու օր առաջ տեղեկություն տարածվեց, որ Կարմիր խաչը դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ընթացքում չի այցելել Բաքվում ապօրինի պահվող հայ գերիներին։ Ավելի կոնկրետ, Ադրբեջանում գերության մեջ պահվող հայերին ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչները վերջին անգամ տեսակցել են նոյեմբեր ամսին, թեև ԿԽՄԿ ներկայացուցիչները սովորաբար գերության մեջ պահվող անձանց տեսակցում են ամսվա առաջին 10-օրյակի ընթացքում։
MediaHub-ը կապ հաստատեց Արցախի նախկին արտգործնախարար Դավիթ Բաբայանի ընտանիքի հետ։ Որդին՝ Տիգրան Բաբայանն ասաց, որ ԿԽ առաքելության ներկայացուցիչների այցի մասին տեղյակ չէ, բայց ինքը պարբերաբար է խոսում հոր հետ։
«Հեռախոսազանգով գրեթե ամեն շաբաթ խոսում ենք, հայրս վստահեցնում է, որ լավ է, իր մոտ ամեն ինչ կարգին է»,-ասաց նա։ Հարցին, թե արդյոք Բաբայանը Բաքվում ունի պաշտպան, Տիգրանն ասաց, որ տեղյակ չէ, դրա մասին չեն խոսել, ինքն էլ միջազգային որևէ կազմակերպության չի դիմել, անգամ չի հետաքրքրվել, արդյո՞ք պետական մակարդակով քայլեր արվում են, թե ոչ։
«Հեռախոսազանգով միմյանց որպիսություն ճշտելուց բացի, այլ թեմաներով նախընտրում եմ չխոսել»,- ասաց Տիգրան Բաբայանը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Դավիթ Բաբայանը 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 28-ին հայտարարություն էր տարածել, որում ասված էր. «Բոլորդ գիտեք, որ ես ընդգրկված եմ Ադրբեջանի սև ցուցակում, և ադրբեջանական կողմը պահանջել է իմ ժամանումը Բաքու՝ համապատասխան հետաքննության համար։ Որոշեցի այսօր Ստեփանակերտից մեկնել Շուշի»։
Սեպտեմբերի 30-ին Ադրբեջանի լրատվամիջոցները հայտնեցին, որ Դավիթ Բաբայանը ձերբակալվել է, նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել «ագրեսիվ պատերազմ ծրագրելու, պատրաստելու, սկսելու ու տանելու, վարձկաններ հավաքագրելու, նրանց ուսուցանելու ու պատերազմում ներգրավելու, զինված հակամարտության ընթացքում միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի նորմերը խախտելու, հանցավոր հրամաններ տալու, ահաբեկչություն կազմակերպելու, ազգային թշնամություն սերմանելու» կետերով։
Հոկտեմբերի 6-ին թշնամի երկրի ԶԼՄ-ները գրեցին, թե Ադրբեջանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն այցելել է Դավիթ Բաբայանին, լուսանկար հրապարակվեց:
