«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Չնայած վերջին շրջանում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները հետևողականորեն ավերվում են, և պետական մակարդակով ուղղակի բոյկոտվում են Ռուսաստանի հետ առնչություն ունեցող բազմաթիվ առանցքային և ներկայացուցչական միջոցառումներ, օրեր առաջ բավական տպավորիչ իրադարձություն է արձանագրվել։ Ի մասնավորի, օրերս Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունեցել «Ռուսաստան-Հայաստան» առաջին հանրային ֆորումը։ Միջոցառումը, ըստ տարածված տեղեկատվության, միավորող հարթակ է դարձել Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հասարակական կարծիքի առաջնորդների համար, որոնք գործունեություն են իրականացնում քաղաքականության, կրթության, մշակութային-հումանիտար համագործակցության և ԶԼՄ-ների ոլորտներում:

«Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, ֆորումի մասնակիցների ցանկը բավական ներկայացուցչական է եղել. ներկա են եղել Ռուսաստանի Պետդումայի փոխխոսնակ, իշխող «Միասնական Ռուսաստան» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչ Պյոտր Տոլստոյը, ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարար Միխայիլ Գալուզինը, Ռուսհամագործակցության (Ռուսական տուն) ղեկավար Եվգենի Պրիմակովը, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Նորատ Տեր-Գրիգորյանցը և հարյուրավոր այլ մասնակիցներ թե՛ Ռուսաստանի տարբեր նահանգներից, թե՛ Հայաստանից: Համաժողովի մասնակիցներին և կազմակերպիչներին ուղերձ է հղել նաև ՌԴ արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը: Նա ուղերձում մասնավորաբար նշել է, որ Մոսկվայի և Երևանի միջև հարաբերությունները ամրության փորձություն են անցնում՝ այդ հարաբերություններում սեպ խրելու Արևմուտքի ջանքերի ֆոնին: Ուշագրավ է, որ Լավրովը շեշտել է Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հանրային կարծիքի նոր առաջնորդների ի հայտ գալը խթանելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Նորատ Տեր-Գրիգորյանցն ասել է, որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունները սխալ գործողություններ են կատարում ընդդեմ հայ ժողովրդի և մանրամասն ներկայացրել է այն վտանգները, որոնք ի հայտ կգան, եթե Հայաստանի ու Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները վատթարանան: Նա միաժամանակ ընդգծել է, որ Ռուսաստանը պետք է պաշտպանի ՀՀ անվտանգությունը, քանի որ դա բխում է նաև հենց ՌԴ ռազմավարական շահերից։ Ելույթ է ունեցել նաև այս նախաձեռնության հեղինակը` «Ռուսական գրքի տան» հիմնադիր, Ռուս-հայկական գործարար խորհրդի վարչության նախագահ Մհեր Ավետիսյանը։ «Մենք անելու ենք հնարավորը` հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ճիշտ, բարեկամական և փոխադարձ շահավետ մակարդակի բարձրացնելու համար, այդ թվում` ժողովրդական դիվանագիտության միջոցով»,-ասել է Ավետիսյանը, ով վերջին շրջանում բավական ակտիվ գործունեություն է ծավալում հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դաշտում: Ի դեպ, «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, ֆորումի անցկացման հաջորդ վայրը լինելու է Երևանը։
