Սվազիլենդի հայկական Սուրբ Հարություն մատուռը փոխանցվել է Էջմիածնի կաթողիկոսարանին

Սվազիլենդի թագավոր Մսվատի 3-րդը հայկական Սուրբ Հարություն մատուռը և վանքապատկան հողերը պաշտոնապես փոխանցել է Էջմիածնի կաթողիկոսարանին: Այս մասին հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հղում կատարելով «Հայերն այսօր» ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարության պարբերականին:

Մեկ տարի առաջ հայկական համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները Սվազիլենդի թագավոր Մսվատի 3-րդին են փոխանցել խնդրագիր՝ Սուրբ Հարություն եկեղեցին Էջմիածնի կաթողիկոսարանին փոխանցելու մասին: Մեկ տարի անց, Սվազիլենդի հայկական մատուռն իրապես դարձավ հայկական և այսուհետ օրենքով պատկանում է կաթողիկոսարանին:

Հեռավոր աֆրիկյան թագավորությունում հայկական եկեղեցին կառուցվել է 1989 թվականին, շնորհիվ Գրիգորի Դերբելյանի: Սվազիլենդի քաղաքացի Գրիգոր Դերբելյանը ծնվել է 1914 թվականին, Այնթափում: Հայոց ցեղասպանության ժամանակ Գրիգորի մայրը, 20 օրական տղան ձեռքին, ոտքով հասնում է ամուսնու մոտ՝ Կահիրե, իսկ մի քանի  ամիս անց մահանում: Ավարտելով Կահիրեի հայկական համալսարանը՝ Գրիգորը 12 տարի աշխատում է Խարտումում (Սուդան), որտեղ այդ ժամանակ բավական մեծ հայկական համայնք էր գործում: Այնուհետև սկսում է աշխատել Յոհանեսբուրգում:

Հասուն տարիքում Գրիգոր Դերբելյանը որոշում է հաստատվել Սվազիլենդում: Սոճու հովտի կենտրոնում, որի բնապատկերը նրան հիշեցնում էր Հայաստանը, Գրիգորը գնում է 11 ակր հողատարածք ու կառուցում հայկական փոքրիկ մատուռ, տնկում է 1770 սոճի և եղևնի: Մատուռի կողքով փոքրիկ գետ է հոսում, որը Գրիգորը անվանում է Արաքս, անգամ վահանակ է տեղադրում այդ անվամբ: Եկեղեցու շինարաությունը տևում է չորս տարի՝ 1985-ից մինչև 1989 թվականը: Մոտ 60 հոգի նվիրատվություն են կատարել մատուռի կառուցման համար,

Այսօր աֆրիկյան փոքրիկ Թագավորությունում փոքրիկ հայկական համայնք է գործում՝ ընդամենը 8 մարդ:
