«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

iz.ru-ն «Ինչպես են մերձենում Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ տարեվերջին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև մերձեցում եղավ: Հանրապետությունները փոխանակեցին գերիներ, սկսեցին սահմանների սահմանազատման գործընթացը, քննարկում են զորքերի հայելային հետքաշման հարցը։ Երևանն ու Բաքուն սկսել են ակտիվորեն աշխատել խաղաղության պայմանագրի շուրջ, և ակնկալվում է, որ կողմերը կհամաձայնեցնեն փաստաթղթի վերջնական տարբերակը հաջորդ տարվա սկզբին։ Իսկ ի՞նչ են ասում փորձագետները: Կովկասագետ Արթուր Աթաևը կարծում է, որ Երևանն ու Բաքուն մոտ ապագայում կարող են իսկապես ինչ-որ համաձայնագրեր ստորագրել։

«Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանություններն ավելի շատ հետաքրքրված են տնտեսական հարցերով, նրանց համար երկրորդ պլանում են քաղաքականությունն ու աշխարհաքաղաքականությունը։ Ուստի նրանք համեմատաբար հեշտությամբ զիջեցին Ղարաբաղը, և այժմ պատրաստ են շատ բան անել սահմաններն ապաշրջափակելու և տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունները բացելու համար։ Ղարաբաղի մաքրումից հետո Ադրբեջանի առաջ քաղաքական հարցեր չմնացին: Ուստի, կարծում եմ, որ մոտ ապագայում կողմերն իսկապես ինչ-որ համաձայնության կգան։ Ես ակնկալում եմ, որ դա տեղի կունենա հունվար-փետրվար ամիսներին»,- բացատրել է նա։ Քաղաքագետ Անդրեյ Արեշևն էլ նշել է երկու հիմնական գործոն, որոնք նպաստեցին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի մերձեցմանը:

«Մի կողմից՝ Ղարաբաղի հարցը, այսպես թե այնպես, լուծված է։ Մյուս կողմից՝ Բաքուն և Երևանը սկսեցին երկկողմանի կապեր հաստատել, երկխոսությանն այլևս չի խանգարում միջազգային բանակցային հարթակների մրցակցությունը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, շատ խնդիրներ են մնում։ Հիմնական վիճելի հարցերից մեկը անկլավների ապագան է։ Դա, հավանաբար, հենց հիմա էլ քննարկում են հանրապետությունները։ Եթե նրանք կարողանան դրա շուրջ ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալ, ապա երկկողմ համաձայնության ճանապարհն էլ ավելի կկարճանա»,- պնդել է նա։
