«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մինչ տարբեր կողմերից և առաջին հերթին Ադրբեջանի կողմից փորձեր են արվում տարբեր հարթակներում հարձակումներ գործել Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության ուղղությամբ, որը փաստացի այսօր մեր երկրի ողնաշարն է, ոլորտի առաջատար ընկերությունը՝ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը, որը տարիներ շարունակ գլխավորում է Հայաստանի 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը, նոր սանդղակներ է սահմանում իր համար:

Ի մասնավորի, նախօրեին կայացած «Կայուն զարգացում. հաշվետվություն» զեկույցի ներկայացման ժամանակ կոմբինատի գլխավոր տնօրեն, «GeoProMining» ընկերությունների խմբի նախագահ Ռոման Խուդոլին ասել է, թե մտադիր են դառնալ առաջատար լեռնահանքային ընկերություններից մեկն աշխարհում։

«Մենք մտադիր ենք դառնալ առաջատար լեռնահանքային ընկերություններից մեկն աշխարհում, որը կապացուցի, որ արդեն այժմ հնարավոր է համատեղել կայուն զարգացումը եւ լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերությունը։ Բայց կայուն զարգացումը միայն բնապահպանությունը չէ։ Սոցիալական առումով կոմբինատը նախկինի պես ձգտում է դառնալ դրական փոփոխությունների կատալիզատոր մերձակա համայնքներում։ Կայուն զարգացումը մշտական պարտավորություն է մշտապես փոփոխվող նպատակներով, եւ դա ամենօրյա աշխատանք է»,- նշել է Ռոման Խուդոլին։

Ի դեպ, ձեռնարկության գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Վարդան Ջանյանն էլ նշել է, որ Հայաստանը պետք է դառնա ավելի գրավիչ ներդրողների համար։ Նրա խոսքով, թե՛ պրոֆեսիոնալ հանրույթը, թե՛ Հայաստանի կառավարությունը իրականացնում են քայլեր, բայց դրանք պետք է արագացնել, որպեսզի կարելի լինի ոչ միայն հետ չմնալ աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող փոփոխություններից, այլև գտնվել դրանց էպիկենտրոնում։ Ջանյանի խոսքով, Հայաստանում չի նկատվում լեռնահանքային արդյունաբերության զարգացում նոր հանքերի բացման տեսակետից, ինչպես դա տեղի է ունենում, օրինակ, Արգենտինայում կամ Չիլիում։

Հավելենք, որ անդրադառնալով բնապահպանների կողմից տրվող տարբեր մեկնաբանություններին, որ հանքարդյունաբերությունը վնասում է երկրի բնությանը և, օրինակ՝ Քաջարանում առողջ երեխաներ չեն ծնվում, ԶՊՄԿ Կայուն զարգացման տնօրեն Արմեն Ստեփանյանը նշեց. «Վախերով կառավարել հանրությանը, այս միտքը տեղավորվում է այդ կոնցեպտի մեջ: Քաջարանում ծնվում են առողջ բալիկներ, սպորտում գրանցված վերջին հաջողությունները, որոնց մասնակցություն ունի կոմբինատը որպես ֆինանսավորող, դրա ապացույցն են: Պաշտոնական վիճակագրության համաձայն՝ Սյունիքի մարզը դրական իմաստով առանձնահատուկ տեղ է զբաղեցնում առողջապահական ցուցանիշներով: Պետք չէ վախեցնել հանրությանը գոյություն չունեցող վախերով: Իրականում, երբ նման հարցեր են բարձրացնում, շեղում են իրական խնդիրներից, որոնք շատ են և ներդրում են պահանջում»:
