Որպեսզի ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանության տեսչական մարմինը կարողանա ընթացք տալ բողոք-ահազանգին, անհրաժեշտ է ունենալ հստակ տվյալներ:

Այսպես՝ ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը որպես ահազանգ է գրանցել oragir.am կայքի նյութն այն մասին, որ իրացման ցանցում վաճառվում է, այսպես կոչված, «ապագայի» սննդամթերք: Մասնավորապես՝ դեկտեմբերի 18-ին խանութում նկատել են դեկտեմբերի 19-ով թվագրված «Մարիաննա» ընկերության կաթ:

Նյութը հրապարակվել էր Ֆեյսբուք սոցիալական ցանցի օգտատիրոջ՝ քաղաքացի Մարտին Ամիրխանյանի, գրառման հիման վրա:
Տեսչական մարմինը կապ է հաստատել քաղաքացու հետ, որը կտրականապես հրաժարվել է հայտնել, թե 18.12.2023թ. որտե՞ղ է տեսել 19.12.2023 մակնշմամբ կաթը: Դա հնարավորություն չի տվել ձեռնարկել վերահսկողական գործողություններ, քանի որդրանք սկսելու համար բացակայել են անհրաժեշտ հիմքերը, հնարավոր չի եղել ապահովել հետագծելիությունը:
Այնուամենայնիվ կապ է հաստատվել «Մարիաննա» ընկերության հետ և ներկայացնել է խնդիրը: Ընկերության կողմից ուղարկված 19.12.2023թ. արտադրության լուսանկարի ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ թյուրիմացության առիթ է տվել տուփի անհարթ մակերես, ինչի պատճառով սպառողը 8-ը նմանեցրել է 9-ի։

Դեպքը առիթ է ևս մեկ անգամ հիշեցնել-հորդորելու. եթե սննդամթերքի անվտանգության հետ կապված խախտում եք նկատում, զանգահարեք Տեսչական մարմնի 118 անվճար հեռախոսահամարով: Իսկ եթե նախընտրում եք խնդիրը հրապարակել սոցիալական ցանցում, նշեք Տեսչական մարմնին՝ խնդրին հնարավորինս արագ արձագանքելու համար:
Հիշեցնում ենք, որ բողոքին ընթացք տալու համար Տեսչական մարմինը պետք է ունենա հետևյալ հստակ տվյալները. ահազանգողի անուն-ազգանունը, հեռախոսահամարը, իրացման ցանցի (արտադրության, հանրային սննդի կետի) հասցեն, ե՞րբ է գնվել ապրանքը, ի՞նչ խախտում է արձանագրվել, նկար՝ խախտումը փաստող, կտրոն, եթե պահել եք (եթե չեք պահել, ցանկալի է նոր կտրոն նույն կամ ցանկացած այլ ապրանքի համար նույն խանութից՝ ՀՎՀՀ-ն ճշտելու նպատակով): Կարող եք նաև ներկայացնել գրավոր-ստորագրված դիմում-բողոք (կցելով անձնագիրը) ՍԱՏՄ պաշտոնական մեյլերին՝ [email protected] կամ [email protected], կամ այցելել Կոմիտաս 49/2»,-նշվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։
