Ադրբեջանում մանաթն է արժեզրկվում, Ռուսաստանում՝ռուբլին.բայց Ադրբեջանում հեչ «ուրախ դեպրեսիայի» մեջ չեն
Փաստորեն,Ադրբեջանում հիմա շատ «օլդրխնդա-բաշկնդա» վիճակ է / ինչպես կասեր սովետական շրջանի երգիծաբան Աշոտ Եդիգարյանը /.մանաթն արժեզրկվում է, մարդիկ հուսահատությունից, որ չեն կարողանում գոյատեւել, չեն կարողանում անգամ հաց գնել՝ շենքերի տանիքներից ինքնասպանության փորձեր են անում...Երեկ հեռուստատեսությամբ մի տարեց ադրբեջանցի էր խոսում՝հայհոյելով իրենց պրեզիդենտին, ու ակամա մտածում ես.բա որ էս գրեթե անատամ մարդու էն միակ ատամն էլ հանեն հայհոյելու համար...մանավանդ, որ ոստիկանությունը լայնածավալ միջոցառումների էր անցել՝համաժողովրդական շարժումը ճնշելու համար ու բիրտ ուժ էր կիրառում:Իսկ Ռուսաստանում, ինչպես Ամանորի տոների ընթացքում նշեց երգիծաբան Զադորնովը՝մարդիկ մի տեսակ «ուրախ դեպրեսիայի մեջ են».ռուբլին արժեզրկվում է, բայց՝մարդիկ կարծես թե այնքան էլ «դարդ չեն անում», եւ, ինչպես հավաստիացնում էր Զադորնովը, այնքան խելացի են, որ փողերը ներդնում են մշակութային-զվարճալի միջոցառուների մեջ՝ունկնդրելով երգիծաբաններին:Ուրախ դեպրեսիա չի՝բա ի՞նչ է, ռուսաստանյան հեռուստաալիքներն այնպիսի ոգեւորությամբ են ամեն օր տեղեկացնում ռուբլու արժեզրկման մասին, կարծես աչքալուսանք տալիս լինեն: Մինչդեռ ՌԴ բարձրաստիճանները տոներից առաջ հավաստիացնում էին, որ պետք է ռուբլու կուրսը տարեսկզբին բարձրանա:Իսկ ռուսականի կուրսի անկումից մեծապես տուժում են ՀՀ եւ ՌԴ այն երկքաղաքացիները, ովքեր ռուսականով են թոշակ ստանում:
