Հայաստանի արևմտյան հովանավորները Երևանին ներքաշում են վտանգավոր մի «ավանտյուրայի» մեջ, որն այս անգամ կանխվել է ԱԳՆ ջանքերով։ Մասնավորապես, նախօրեին ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքական ծառայության ղեկավար Ժոզեպ Բորելը հայտարարություն էր տարածել, նշելով, թե Եվրամիության կազմի մեջ չմտնող 11 երկրները, այդ թվում Հայաստանը և Ադրբեջանը, միացել են ԵՄ խորհրդի ընդհանուր արտաքին և անվտանգության քաղաքականության որոշմանը, որով պատժամիջոցներ են սահմանվում մարդու իրավունքների զանգվածային ոտնահարման համար պատասխանատու պաշտոնյաների, անձանց ու կազմակերպությունների դեմ։ Ցանկը հայտնի է որպես «Մագնիտսկու ակտ» և առավելապես ուղղված է հենց Ռուսաստանի դեմ։

Տեղեկությունը հայտնվելուց կարճ ժամանակ անց Բորելի էջից անհետացավ, իսկ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակը պարզաբանել է, որ՝ ելնելով արտաքին քաղաքական առաջնահերթություններից և ԵՄ գործընկերության շրջանակներում, Հայաստանը դիտարկում ու հաճախ միանում է ԵՄ հայտարարություններին՝ ցուցաբերելով իր աջակցությունն ու համերաշխությունը, դրանցում արծածվող հարցերի վերաբերյալ։ Կոնկրետ ԵՄ խորհրդի՝ դեկտեմբերի 4-ի սահմանափակող միջոցների վերաբերյալ որոշմանը, Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը չի միացել։

Փաստացի, Արևմուտքը հերթական անգամ փորձել է Հայաստանին ներքաշել հակառուսական ինչ-որ քայլի մեջ, որը կարող է որոշակի քաղաքական հետևանքներ ունենալ։ ԱԳն-ն, սակայն, թերևս առաջին անգամ, հստակ արձագանքել և կարողացել է շուտափույթ հեռացնել, իսկ պարզաբանմամբ էլ նշել, որ որևէ առնչություն չունեն «Մագնիտսկու ակտին»։

Դրականը ևս պետք է արձանագրել, փոխարենը երեկ Հայաստանը հերթական հակառուսական մեկ այլ քայլ է արել, Ազգային ժողովի պատվիրակությունը և ղեկավարությունը չեն մասնակցել ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստի աշխատանքներին։
