Բանակցությունների հնարավորության վերաբերյալ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին նշել է, որ այդ հարցն այսօր ակտուալ չէ, Ռուսաստանի կողմից նման խնդրանք չի տեսնում, հայտնում է УНИАН-ը։
Այս մասին Զելենսկին ասել է իր ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ՝ պատասխանելով այն հարցին, թե երբ և ինչ պայմաններում կարող են բանակցություններ ընթանալ Ուկրաինայի շահերից ելնելով։
«Մենք ունենք համաշխարհային բանաձև: Այսօր սա միակ հարթակն է, որն աշխատում է։ Մալթայում կայացած վերջին հանդիպումը շատ լավ էր։ Մոտ 80 երկիր։ Դրանից հետո հանդիպում կլինի Շվեյցարիայում։ Անվտանգության նման սեգմենտ կլինի համաժողովի ներսում կամ տնտեսական ֆորումում»,- նշեց նա։
Այս հանդիպումից հետո, նրա խոսքով, «առաջնորդների մակարդակով գագաթնաժողով» կազմակերպելու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ կսկսվեն։
Այսպիսով, այս հարթակում, պարզաբանել է նա, երկրների միջև կլինի համաձայնագիր «հիմնարար բաների մասին», որի հետ հետագայում աշխատանքներ կիրականացվեն և համապատասխան փաստաթուղթ կպատրաստվի։
«Երբ համապատասխան փաստաթուղթը պատրաստ լինի, այն ժամանակ մենք կկարողանանք այն այս կամ այն ձևաչափով հանձնել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության ներկայացուցիչներին։ Երբ աշխարհի բոլոր պետությունները միավորվեն մեր փաստաթղթի շուրջ, ապա այս փաստաթուղթը կարող է փոխանցվել, ինչպես, օրինակ, հացահատիկի դեպքում - ՄԱԿ-ի կամ այլ հարգված առաջնորդների միջոցով: Մենք նորից կմտածենք, կհանձնվի այն արդյոք այդ կողմին»,- ասել է Զելենսկին։
Նա հավելել է, որ եթե «այդ կողմը» պատրաստ է ընդունել այս փաստաթուղթը, ապա դա ցույց կտա, որ բանակցությունների հարցը արդիական է։ «Այսօր դա ակտուալ չէ։ Ես Ռուսաստանից հարցում չեմ տեսնում։ Ես դա չեմ տեսնում նրանց գործողություններում։ Հռետորաբանության մեջ ես միայն լկտիություն եմ տեսնում։ Եվ սպանություն»,- ասել է Ուկրաինայի նախագահը։
