Կարևոր ենք համարում միջազգային հանրության կողմից հայկական ժառանգության ոչնչացման փաստագրումը․ ԱԳՆ
POLITICSՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կարևորում է մշակութային իրավունքների ոլորտում ՄԱԿ հատուկ զեկուցողի հաղորդագրություն-հարցումը Ադրբեջանին, որում մտահոգություն է հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական պատմական, մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգության ոչնչացման և յուրացման, ԼՂ պատմության խեղաթյուրման և հայերի հետքերը ջնջելու փորձերի մասին, որոնք մշակութային զտման են հավասար:
ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը նման մեկնաբանություն է տվել Aysor.am-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան։
Հարցման մեջ, մասնավորապես, նշված է․
«Վերջերս հայտնի դարձավ, որ Մշակութային իրավունքների ոլորտում ՄԱԿ հատուկ զեկուցողը հաղորդագրություն-հարցում է ուղարկել Ադրբեջանին, որում մտահոգություն է հայտնում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում հայկական պատմական, մշակութային և կրոնական ժառանգության ոչնչացման և յուրացման, ԼՂ պատմության խեղաթյուրման և հայերի հետքերը ջնջելու փորձերի մասին, որոնք մշակութային զտման են հավասար: Ինչպե՞ս կմեկնաբանեք, ի՞նչ ակնկալիքներ կան, արդյո՞ք կա արձագանք»:
Վերոնշյալ հարցմանն ի պատասխան ՀՀ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը նշել է․
«Իրավացի եք: Կարող եմ հավելել, որ հաղորդագրության մեջ նշվում է նաև ժողովրդի, հուշարձանների և խորհրդանիշների թիրախավորման, միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի խախտումների մասին: Հաղորդագրությունն անդրադառնում է ՄԱԿ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 7-ի վճռին, ներկայացվում է սրբավայրերի, գերեզմանատների ոչնչացման, «աղվանացման» զեղծարարության, հակագիտական մոտեցումների, այսպես կոչված «Արևմտյան Ադրբեջանի» եզրույթով տարածվող կեղծ օրակարգի, հայերի նկատմամբ ատելության խոսքի, սեպտեմբերի 19-ի հարձակման և էթնիկ զտման, ինչպես նաև մի շարք այլ խնդիրների մասին տեղեկատվությանը:
Հատկանշական է, որ ՄԱԿ հատուկ զեկուցողները բազմիցս անդրադարձել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից ԼՂ ժողովրդի իրավունքների, այդ թվում՝ մշակութային իրավունքների խախտումներին, հայկական ժառանգության ոչնչացման ու խեղման դեպքերին:
Ցավոք, նույնիսկ Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի վերոնշյալ՝ իրավական պարտադիր ուժ ունեցող որոշումը չի կանգնեցրել հայկական կրոնական և մշակութային ժառանգության նկատմամբ իրականացվող քաղաքականությունը: Այո, այն զուգորդվում է նաև ատելության խոսքի դրսևորումներով, ՀՀ տարածքի և ԼՂ պատմության վերաբերյալ հակագիտական զեղծարարությամբ:
Միևնույն ժամանակ, կարևոր ենք համարում միջազգային հանրության կողմից այս իրողությունների փաստագրումը, ինչն առաջնային նշանակություն ունի նմանօրինակ ոճրագործությունների կանխման և տարածաշրջանում երկխոսության և կայուն խաղաղության մթնոլորտի հաստատման համար»:
