Բանակցային պրոցեսում որոշակի շարժունակություն կա: Բանակցային պրոցեսն, իմիջիայլոց, կապ ունի հարթակների հետ կապված հարցի հետ նաև: Բանակցային պրոցեսը որոշակի կանխատեսելիություն պետք է ունենա: Եվ հիմա այո, պետք է գնան բանակցություններ և այդ բանակցությունները շատ կարևոր է, որ հիմնվեն արդեն իսկ համաձայնեցված սկզբունքների վրա: Երեք սկզբունքների վրա, որոնք համաձայնեցվել են բրյուսելյան հարթակում,  Հանրային հեռուստաընկերությանը տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարեց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։

«Մենք պատկերացնում ենք խաղաղության պրոցեսն այդպես և բանակցային գործընթացը, այո՛, շարունակվում է, այդ թվում՝ օնլայն ռեժիմով, որովհետև գիտեք` մենք Ադրբեջանին ենք մեր առաջարկները տվել, հիմա սպասում ենք իրենց կողմից արձագանքին: Իմիջիայլոց, այդ էլ ասեմ. իրենք մեզ մեղադրում էին, թե մենք երկու ամիս չենք տալիս: Դրան էլ պետք է անդրադառնանք, ի՞նչն էր դրա պատճառը, որովհետև մեր առաջարկները պատրաստ էր և առաջիկայում նախատեսվում էին անընդհատ հանդիպումներ, և մենք պետք է, բնականաբար, այդ…»,– ասել է նա։

Փաշինյանը նշել է, որ Ադրբեջանը չորս հանդիպում իրար վրա մերժել է։

«Մեր բանակցային փաթեթը ձգձգվել է այն պատճառով, որ Ադրբեջանը չորս հանդիպում իրար վրա մերժել է, երբ հանդիպումներն այդ բանակցային փաթեթի փոխանցման պրոցեսի մաս էին: Բայց հիմա էլ բանակցությունները ես համարում եմ, որ շարունակվում են խաղաղության պայմանագրի տեքստի շուրջ, որովհետև եթե այժմ առերես քննարկել չհաջողվի կամ չի հաջողվում, այդ աշխատանքն էլ է բանակցություն, չնայած աշխատանքային մակարդակով շփումներ կան, այն շփումները, որոնց մասին խոսել ենք, գիտեք, կարող են նաև նոր շփումներ լինել»,– ասել է վարչապետը:
