Վարչախումբը Սփյուռքում նոր պառակտում է սադրում

Սփյուռքում հանձնակատարներ ունենալու Հայաստանի իշխանությունների որոշումը լուրջ խմորումների հետևանք կարող է դառնալ և պառակտել ամբողջ Սփյուռքը։ Բանն այն է, որ մեծաթիվ հայկական համայնքներում, ըստ ընդունված նոր օրենսդրության, Սփյուռքի հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատարը պետք է ներկայացուցիչներ ունենա, ընդ որում առաջին փուլում այդպիսի հանձնակատարներ լինելու են հինգ կամ վեց երկրներում։ Բնականաբար, ինչպես ցանկացած այլ պարագայում, Հայաստանի իշխանությունները ձգտում են բացառապես իրենց նվիրված անձանց դարձնել հանձնակատարներ և Սփյուռքի հայ համայնքներին պարտադրել նրանց ներկայությունը և ազդեցությունը, ինչն ակնհայտորեն լուրջ հակասությունների մեջ է մտնելու ավանդական հայկական կուսակցությունների և հատկապես եկեղեցու հետ, առավել ևս, որ փաշինյանական կադրերի հետ համագործակցելու ցանկություն Սփյուռքի կառույցների մեծամասնությունը չունի։
Առաջին փուլում Սփյուռքի հանձնակատարներ են նշանակվելու ԱՄՆ-ում, Արգենտինայում, Ֆրանսիայում, Գերմանիայում, Ռուսաստանում։
Հնարավոր է նաև Սփյուռքի հանձնակատարի նշանակում Ուկրաինայում, մասնավորապես Ուկրաինայում այդ պաշտոնին հավակնում է «Հայկական նախաձեռնություն» կազմակերպության ղեկավար ոմն Հայկ Աղվանյանը, ով այս օրերին Կիևում հյուրընկալում է Սփյուռքի հարցերով գերագույն հանձնակատար Զարեհ Սինանյանին։ Նրան անձամբ տեղավորել է «Ռեդիսոն բլյու» հյուրանոցում, լուծել Սինանյանի ֆինանսական ծախսերը։ Այդ պատճառով նույնիսկ Կիևում երեկ կայացած հայ գործարարների հետ հանդիպմանը հրաժարվել են մասնակցել Ուկրաինայի հայերի միությունը և Ուկրաինայում Հայաստանի արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Վլադիմիր Կարապետյանը։ Եթե վերջինս որոշել է չմասնակցել, քանի որ այդ հանդիպումը որոշակիորեն կարող է առնչվել ռուս-ուկրաինական հարաբերություններին և Կարապետյանը խնդիրներ կարող է ունենալ Ուկրաինայի հատուկ ծառայությունների հետ, ապա հայերի միությունը հրաժարվել է ներկայանալ հանդիպմանը, քանի որ խնդիրներ ունեն այդ անձի՝ Աղվանյանի հետ։ Սինանյանն առաջիկայում լինելու է նաև մյուս համայնքներում, որտեղ փորձելու է սեփական կողմնակիցներին ներգրավվել։
Գրեթե բոլոր համայնքներում իշխանությունն ունի սրտի թեկնածուներ։
