Կփոխվի՞, թե՞ ոչ գազի գինը սահմանին

Փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանն այսօր Երևանում հայ-ռուսական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի նիստի շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշել է, թե գազի սակագինը չի փոխվելու։ «Այս պահի դրությամբ մենք ունենք հստակ տեղեկություններ, ըստ որի 2024-ին սահմանին գազի գինը չի փոխվելու և վստահ եմ, որ ըստ այդմ նաև գազի սակագինը չի փոխվելու», -ասել է Գրիգորյանը, նշել, թե իր տեղեկություններով հայաստանյան «Գազպրոմը» մայր «Գազպրոմի» հետ արդեն կնքել է 2024 թվականի համար պայմանագիրը, որով որևէ գնի փոփոխություն նախատեսված չէ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ ռուսական գազի գինը սահմանին Հայաստանի համար կազմում է 165 դոլար 1000 մ3 –ի դիմաց։ Տևական ժամանակ խոսակցություններ կային, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների սրման հետևանքով Ռուսաստանը մտադիր է բարձրացնել գազի գինը, ընդ որում բավականին զգալի, ինչը կարող է տնտեսական հետևանքներ ունենալ, ու թեպետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանը ոչ այնքան հաստատակամորեն նշում է, թե սակագինը չի բարձրանալու, սակայն դրա համար առանցքային մի պայման կա՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է ամսվա վերջին մեկնի Սանկտ Պետերբուրգ և մասնակցի ԱՊՀ ոչ պաշտոնական և ԵԱՏՄ ղեկավարների գագաթնաժողովներին, ինչպես նաև ոչ պաշտոնական շփմանը երկրների առաջնորդների հետ։
Հատկապես ԵԱՏՄ-ի մասով Հայաստանի վարչապետի մասնակցությունը Ռուսաստանը պարտադիր է համարում, քանի որ կառույցի նախագահությունը Ռուսաստանը պետք է փոխանցի Հայաստանին։ Տևական ժամանակ Հայաստանը հրաժարվում է մասնակցել թե՛ ԱՊՀ, թե՛ ՀԱՊԿ միջոցառումներին։ Մինչ այս պահն էլ նույնիսկ հաստատում չկա արդյոք մտադիր են մասնակցել Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում կայանալիք հանդիպմանը, թե՝ ոչ։
Եթե մինչ այս Ռուսաստանն առանձնապես շատ դարդ չէր անում Փաշինյանի բացակայության պատճառով, ապա ԵԱՏՄ նիստին չներկայանալը պարզապես անձնական վիրավորանք են դիտարկելու համապատասխան հետևանքներով, ուստի և Մոսկվայի մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ՝ հստակ դրվել է հարցը, եթե Փաշինյանը չգա, գազի գինը բարձրանալու է։
